About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will identify, engage, and close new business with the world’s leading brands. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience selling multi-product solutions to retail and e-commerce brands. This role can be based remotely or in one of our offices, and involves participation in industry events and customer-related travel as needed. 

What You’ll Accomplish

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level new logos
• Work as a team with inside sales representatives to schedule and prepare for new business meetings
• Attend and drive new business through industry events and conferences
• Identify business challenges through discovery sessions and build relationships with stakeholders at the C-suite, VP, and Director level
• Leverage consultative sales skills to create compelling narratives and explain complex processes, ideas or events

• 5+ years experience selling into enterprise brands
• Experience working in a B2B MarTech SaaS company required
• Experience selling to retail/ ecommerce brands
• Proven success selling complex, multi-product solutions
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Consistency in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to book meetings with brands we want to do business with. As the first line of communication with prospects, SDRs have a strong understanding of our sales process, excel at researching leads, facilitating new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. You will coordinate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to bridge the gap between product and revenue.

This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work in the London office 2x a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

About the Role

You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and serve as the primary RevOps partner to the GM of International, acting as the on-the-ground operator supporting the day-to-day execution of our International business. This role will work in close partnership with centralized Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Deal Enablement teams, ensuring global strategies are effectively localized, operationalized, and executed across International markets.

You will focus on driving operational excellence across the full customer lifecycle from new business through expansion and retention, while supporting regional leadership with insights, process rigor, and deal execution.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Serve as the primary RevOps partner to the GM of International, supporting day-to-day operations, execution, and regional priorities
• Act as the connective tissue between International and centralized Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Deal Enablement teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of global programs
• Support pipeline management, deal execution, and forecasting processes for the International business, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights
• Partner closely with sales and customer success leaders to improve operational rigor across opp hygiene and churn / renewal cadences
• Drive deal enablement in-region by supporting complex deals, approvals, and adherence to pricing and governance frameworks
• Contribute to forecasting cycles and business reviews, providing regional insights and highlighting risks and opportunities
• Provide analytical support to the GM of International and broader International leadership by synthesizing performance data, surfacing trends, and delivering actionable recommendations across the revenue funnel
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve revenue performance across EMEA through data-driven insights, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and retention dynamics
• Support ongoing operating cadences (e.g., pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs) to drive accountability and performance
• Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies in the International GTM motion and partner with global teams to implement scalable solutions
• Support cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing to operationalize International growth strategies

Your Expertise 

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar role in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Experience supporting regional or international GTM teams, ideally in a distributed/global operating model
• Strong understanding of sales, customer success, and deal lifecycle operations
• Proven ability to partner with senior regional leadership (e.g., GM, VP-level) and act as a trusted operator and advisor
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You have the ability to influence without direct authority across global teams

About the Role

As an Attentive Solutions Architect (SA) within our Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for driving meaningful business outcomes for both our customers and for Attentive through custom technical solutioning. Design comprehensive marketing solutions, mapping out the architecture of the solution, including integration with other data orchestration systems (such as CRM, analytics tools, and third-party services), data flow, and user interactions. Package the requirements and solution into a SOW that clearly describes the problem, solution, timeline, and cost to the customer.

We’re looking for naturally curious, creative people that can think on their feet and enthusiastically tackle problems head on. SAs communicate well with any audience from developers to executives, manage customer expectations and ensure Attentive receives everything it needs from customers in order to execute.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Identify solutions for the customer to ensure their success within the Attentive ecosystem, accounting for their tech stack and level of exposure across Attentive offerings
• Advise and assist with integrations with other martech systems and data management platforms, ensuring they are receiving maximum value from their entire tech stack, including Attentive
• Translate customer requests into business and functional requirements, captured in Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Propose product enhancements and features to meet customer needs, and work with Product team to advocate for new feature development
• Provide general technical expertise about the entire digital marketing ecosystem

Your Expertise

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical service environment. Ad tech experience not required but preferred
• Communication: strong customer relationship management and ability to explain technical capabilities to CEOs and CTOs as well as marketing practitioners. Must be able to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing, often explaining complex technical details in a way that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving: affinity for problem solving and crafting creative, reusable solutions. Insightful, innovative and adapts well to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Programming and Scripting: knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, for use in automation, integration, and sometimes in customizing solutions
• APIs and Web Services: understanding of REST APIs for use in integration CRMs, data warehouses, and other marketing tools
• Web Design: knowledge of and experience with ad serving and trouble-shooting JavaScript tags, as well as experience with 3rd party data providers both from targeting and analytics standpoint

About the Role
As the Director of International Partnerships, you will lead the strategic expansion of Attentive’s partner ecosystem across EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for building and growing complex, high-impact partnerships with both Technology (ISV) and Agency/SI partners to enhance customer value and accelerate revenue growth globally. This role requires a proven ability to navigate executive-level relationships, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver high-value go-to-market (GTM) motions that create measurable impact for both Attentive and our partners.

What You’ll Accomplish

• • Develop an International Strategy: Lead the development and execution of an international partnership strategy, conducting market sizing and prioritization of partner segments to drive revenue in new geos outside of the Americas.
  • Build an Ecosystem: Identify, proactively engage, and onboard high-caliber Technology and Agency partners that align with our target market and business objectives.
  • Drive Revenue Generation: Implement tactics to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, ensuring partnerships are a scalable extension of our internal Sales and GTM teams. Specific experience scaling partnerships in the Enterprise market segment is preferred.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Americas Partner team, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with our GTM and product initiatives and develop partner-specific enablement materials.
  • Lead with Impact: Act as an executive point of contact for strategic partners, modeling best practices for partner management and operational excellence.
  • Scale the Function: Build and mentor a high-performing international partnerships team, defining OKRs and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Your Expertise 

• • Industry Experience: 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within the Martech or e-commerce landscape.
  • International Expertise: Proven track record of navigating complex global markets (EMEA/APAC) and scaling partner ecosystems in diverse business environments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, make data-driven decisions, and manage ambiguous initiatives where the strategy may not yet be defined.
