ATLAS SP is seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Structured Lending Operations team. This individual will oversee the execution, booking, and full lifecycle management of loan facilities and asset-based loans globally. The role requires direct oversight of loan analysts, active management of client relationships, and responsibility for ensuring operational excellence in daily lending activity.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day matters—including draw requests, paydowns, notices, and general servicing inquiries—while managing facilities within ACBS (CLS) and partnering cross-functionally to drive innovation, enhance controls, and streamline processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Oversight
• Supervise and provide guidance to loan analysts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to procedures.
• Coach and develop analysts to strengthen team capabilities and performance.
• Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, managing daily interactions including draw requests, paydowns, notices, and servicing inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering best-in-class service.
• Operational Execution
• Manage the execution, booking, and servicing of credit agreements, amendments, and loan facilities.
• Oversee cash processing, reconciliations, and control reporting.
• Ensure accurate processing and reporting of transactions within ACBS (CLS).
• Controls & Risk Management
• Establish and maintain a strong control environment, including account ownership, reconciliations, and monitoring of key control metrics.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate operational risks.

• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance system utilization.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial servicing or loan operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in the financial services industry, preferably within loan servicing or structured finance operations.
• Knowledge of ACBS (CLS) or similar loan/lending platforms (LIQ, AFS) strongly preferred.

Job Overview

The Treasury Operations Associate at ATLAS SP plays an important role in helping to optimize the firm’s global operations ranging across bank account management, operational cash management, reporting and transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic role within the Lending Operations group, where you will play a crucial part in optimizing operational performance and shaping the future of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Funding Allocation & Cash Movements:
  Support execution of internal funding and payment movements across legal entities and funding vehicles; maintain and enhance LE payment routing templates; support daily funding execution and resolve payment exceptions, including bank-related holds.
• Debt & CLS Management:
  Support debt and liability activity within centralized liability systems (CLS) and related booking platforms, including booking or monitoring trades and maintaining accurate facility and economic data to support funding, settlement, and reporting.
• Cash Management Systems & Access Governance:
  Support the firm’s Treasury management platform, Kyriba, including account configuration, user onboarding, access entitlements, approval workflows, and signatory changes in accordance with internal controls.
• Reporting, Reconciliations & Controls:

Support daily and ad hoc cash and funding reporting; support monthly reconciliations between Kyriba, bank statements, and the general ledger; monitor and resolve reporting variances and transaction issues; support back leverage facility reporting for external providers

• Bank Outreach & Issue Resolution:
  Support liaison activities with banking partners to resolve account, reporting, and payment inquiries; provide functional support and guidance to internal users.
• Bank Account & Partner Management:
  Support the full lifecycle of global bank accounts, including the opening, closing, and maintenance at both the bank and in Atlas’ cash management systems; manage bank relationships and maintain account master data, and signatories.
• Process Improvement & New Business Support:
  Support new business initiatives by integrating new entities and structures into the funding framework; drive process improvements, documentation, and control enhancements to support Atlas’ increasing complexity and scale.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, or Financial Operations within a high transactional volume organization
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, proprietary or vendor sourced, and familiarity with bank account platforms preferred.

Position Overview

The VP of Training and Development will design and lead a comprehensive training strategy across the full spectrum of financial services operations. This role is responsible for assessing organizational capability gaps, identifying skill trends, and building a scalable training curriculum that supports team development, new hire onboarding, systems adoption, regulatory requirements and continuous performance improvement. The VP will partner cross-functionally to ensure operational teams are equipped with the technical expertise, systems proficiency, and emerging tool capabilities—including AI-enabled solutions—required to support a modern, high-performing lending platform.

Primary Responsibilities

Enterprise Training Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive training roadmap aligned with Operations’ strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and growth objectives.

Needs Assessment & Capability Mapping: Conduct structured assessments across teams to identify skill gaps, recurring performance themes, regulatory requirements, and future capability needs.

Curriculum Development: Design and maintain a structured curriculum covering:

• Loan lifecycle operations (booking, funding, servicing, portfolio management)
• Loan management systems and technical workflows
• Process optimization and control frameworks
• AI tools and automation technologies
• New systems, platforms and operational tools

New Hire Onboarding Framework: Build a standardized onboarding program for all operations roles, including role-based learning paths, competency benchmarks, and certification checkpoints.

Ongoing & Advanced Training Programs: Implement continuous education modules to support evolving product structures, regulatory updates, system enhancements, and operational best practices.

Content Creation & Delivery: Develop high-quality training materials including playbooks, job aids, e-learning modules, workshops, and live training sessions. Ensure materials are scalable and accessible across geographies.

Technology & AI Enablement: Partner with Technology and Operations leadership to ensure teams are trained on new systems deployments, digital workflows, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualification and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in financial services operations, structured credit, asset-backed finance, or commercial lending
• Proven experience building and leading enterprise-wide training or capability development programs
• Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle processes, loan management systems, and operational risk frameworks
• Ability to translate technical systems, data, automation, and AI tools into practical training
• Experience supporting system implementations and operational transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience developing structured onboarding programs and competency frameworks preferred

Preferred Qualification and Experience

• Proven experience in the financial services industry
• Knowledge of ProMerit, ACBS (CLS) or similar industry loan/lending management (LIQ, AFS) platforms are a plus
