The Industrial Electrician performs skilled journey level work with a safety mindset. The Duties of the electrician is to inspect, repair and maintain all electromechanical equipment and instrumentation.

 Responsibilities

• Install all new electrical and electronic equipment and electrical wiring according to the National Electrical Code and Atlas Sand electrical standards
• Inspect, maintain, repair and overhaul electromechanical and solid state electrical equipment, using a variety of electrical test equipment, meters, powered and non-powered tools and equipment

How You Will Make an Impact

The Command Center Technician plays a critical role in maintaining Atlas’s industry-leading power system uptime by providing 24/7 monitoring and technical support for domestic and international operations. This position is responsible for identifying and investigating system alerts and notifications, communicating real-time and historical performance data, and supporting field technicians across Atlas’s operational footprint. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, effective communication, and a disciplined, self-starting mindset. Technicians must learn Atlas’s primary software systems and understand the operational philosophy behind our solutions. Essential Duties

• Monitors unsafe conditions (weather/fatigue) and communicates to all leaders in the organizational hierarchy per Atlas’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Exercises independent judgement and to assist technicians in troubleshooting.

• Utilizes telematics and other software programs to monitor, investigate, coordinate, track & follow-up on all operational and safety issues.
• Collects data from telematics and other software programs to prepare detailed reports.

• Provides exceptional customer service for anyone interacting with the Command Center from the onset of an issue until the resolution.

• Assists with any requests for support.

• Works within a team of other operations technicians to identify and prioritize operational issues and ensure they are resolved in accordance with Atlas’s standard.

• Through the analysis of systems and reports the Command Center Technician identifies faults and model sizing issues fleet wide.

How you will make an impact:

The Process Operator is responsible for the daily operations of the wet or dry processing plants including all inspection activities, documentation, trend monitoring, and managing plant schedule in order to support continuous plant operation, general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.

RESPONSBILITIES:

• Understand and execute duties for Wet or Dry plant operation
• Complete and document equipment inspections, escalating any deficiencies, and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Support troubleshooting of process and equipment issues. Ensures the correct qualified individuals are involved.
• Lead housekeeping in the plant area to ensure inspection readiness at all times.
• Perform any job-related duties assigned by the production superintendent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drain the oil and replace it to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect the generator for leaks and potential issues.
• Install new parts, such as air filters, oil filters, and batteries.
• Lubricate moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensure the engine is kept clean throughout servicing.
• Diagnose existing issues and consult with lead mechanics on the team to address the generator issues.
• Create detailed service reports for customers.

As the Senior Accounting Project Specialist, you will take your career to the next level with Atlas’s Accounting and Finance organization. This role places you at the forefront of our growing commercial and industrial power business, mergers, and acquisitions, supported by our exceptional accounting team. You will lead critical projects, conduct technical accounting research, oversee revenue recognition, analyze accounting policies, and carry out due diligence.

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting procedures over commercial and industrial power business, mergers, and acquisitions, including opening balance sheet analysis, alignment of parent and target accounting policies, such as revenue recognition, ASC 842 leases, asset retirement obligations, and accrual procedures, pro forma financial statements, and consolidations
• Perform in-depth research on complex debt and equity transactions
• Analyze significant contracts for ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 842 lease considerations, and remediation liabilities
• Assist in due diligence during mergers and acquisitions
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and other internal and external parties to ensure the appropriate documentation of transactions
• Assist with financial month-end close activities, including review and approval of journal entries
• Coordinates and interacts with the company’s external auditors
• Draft and maintain Sarbanes-Oxley control documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, and complex financial transactions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or BBA/MPA in Accounting or equivalent; MBA a plus
• Experienced CPA with 3-6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
• Public accounting and/or public company/IPO experience preferred (Power, Oil & Gas, or Mining industry a plus)
• Proficient with large ERP systems and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Comprehensive regulatory knowledge of authoritative accounting guidance and Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) rules and regulations
• Strong US GAAP experience required

Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for the safe operation of heavy mobile equipment at the plant site including inspection, documentation, escalation of equipment issues while working in an open pit mining production environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-start checks Start-up, park-up, shutdown and communication procedures are carried out in accordance with manufacturers’ and/or site requirements.
• In case of emergency, understand and follow emergency procedures.
• Responsible for safe operating practices, including operating controls, monitoring gauges and systems, conducting safety checks and use of two-way radio.
• Equipment is operated within vehicle limitations as specified by the manufacturer and/or site requirements.
• Ensure the machine is operated in a manner that maximizes tire life and equipment life.
• Records are maintained in accordance with site requirements.
• Loading and hauling operations are carried out with all types of materials in all weather conditions by day and night; within safety requirements and accurate delivery of material to assigned dump location.
• Work is completed in accordance with the agreed plan and outcomes and within the operating capacities of the equipment.
• Zero equipment damage due to negligence or not following procedure.
• Report any safety or mechanical problems with the equipment in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mobile equipment operations experience (minimum of 2 years)

The Mine Supervisor is responsible for executing short- and long-term mine plans to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective sand production. This role partners closely with plant operations, mine planning, geology, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between mine output and customer demand.

In addition to planning responsibilities, this role oversees contractor-supported work, including large-scale projects and site development activities, ensuring alignment with operational priorities, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Mine Operations & Production Execution

• Lead daily pit operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable sand production to support wet plant demand
• Direct mining activities based on production priorities, material quality, and plant feed requirements
• Coordinate pit sequencing, haul routes, and mining areas to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with Mine planners to execute and maintain short-term (weekly/monthly) and long-term (quarterly/annual) mine plans to meet production targets and reserve strategies
• Monitor production versus targets and make real-time adjustments to maintain output goals
• Maintain safe pit conditions, haul roads, and access areas

Quality Control & Material Management

• Take raw material samples in the pit and evaluate sand quality prior to processing
• Identify clay seams, high organics, and high turbidity material zones
• Communicate acceptable mining areas to mine planners and restrict unsuitable material from reaching the wet plant
• Partner with plant leadership to maintain consistent feed quality, blending, and throughput performance

Contractor Management

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison for contractor-supported work
• Direct contractor activities to align with production priorities and site schedules
• Oversee construction, and mine development projects
• Monitor contractor productivity, quality of work, safety performance, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate daily and weekly planning meetings between internal teams and contractors

Safety & Compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mining, aggregates, sand operations, excavation, or heavy industrial environments
• Previous supervisory experience leading crews, contractors, or field operations
• Experience managing contractor-supported projects in an industrial or mining environment
• Strong understanding of production targets, equipment utilization, and cost control
• Ability to work outdoors in an active mining environment

Preferred

• Experience in sand mining or proppant operations

Lab Technician

The Lab Technician is responsible for accurate sample analysis, data entry and interpretation of data. Additionally, you will perform the daily operations of the Quality Labs including all quality testing, auditing, and inspection activities in order to assure quality of product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Ensure that the laboratories are always “tour ready”

Atlas Energy is in search of a Dredge Operator / Leverman to perform underwater excavation to a predetermined grade while maintaining communication with the Control Room.  The goal is to deliver the required flow and send product to the processing plant. The Dredge Operator will control the movement and positioning of a cutterhead dredge and controls the consistency of the slurry entering the pump. This opportunity is a rare chance to create from the ground floor and participate in a mine operation with multiple decades of reserves. This role is multifaceted, high impact and imperative to the success of Atlas Energy.  This is a full time position with Atlas Energy that includes benefits, housing and a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities:   

• Primary operator of the dredge to manage delivery of product to plant for processing adhering to dredge.
• In depth knowledge of cutterhead dredge operation
• Advances dredge using multiple anchoring arrangements and spuds,
• Familiar with Diesel and/or Electric cutterhead dredges
• Monitors controls, gauges, and depth meters to ensure optimal dredge operation
• Manage shore work and work with Dredge Lead/Engineer with moving water anchors
• Aid mechanics in completing daily preventative maintenance
• Operates swinging ladder and/or cable deployed dredge systems to excavate sand from mine pit.
• Complete and document equipment inspections, escalating any deficiencies, and ensure safe and compliant operations
• Recognize potential maintenance problems by sight and sound and inform maintenance
• Ensure dredge has adequate supply of tools, fire extinguishers, first aid supplies and safety equipment
• Able to understand, interpret, and execute instructions given in both verbal and written form

The Dredge Mechanic provides technical support for the safe and efficient operation of dredging assets as well as all boats and barges. Duties include but are not limited to maintenance and repair of equipment such as cutterhead dredges (Diesel and Electric), outboard motors, HDPE fusing machines, hydraulic winches, and other dredging, dewatering and support equipment.

Deep understanding of and extensive experience with cutterhead dredge operations in a multitude of materials and at a high rate of production.

Transferring knowledge to junior personnel to increase the size of the operation with Atlas own personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Gathers technical information to perform the job
• Performs equipment walk around and inspects and adjusts equipment; properly disposes of wastes
• Performs equipment repairs, changes out parts, checks the status of equipment availability with site supervisors, and follows procedures to pick up parts and supplies from the warehouse

Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ordering parts/components/materials and managing inventory supporting Maintenance. This role will report to the Warehouse Manager and the role is days, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Locate, provide parts and components to both Maintenance and Production personnel
• Provide availability and delivery dates to the Plant
• Receive and verify items ordered
• Properly store all items to Atlas warehouse standards
• Order and track parts, track backorder items and contact vendors
• Maintain updated parts and component ordering catalogs, manage parts life cycle via Epicor

• Ensure all on-hand inventory balances are accurate

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage document control standards, procedures, and workflows for capital projects across Sand & Logistics and Power divisions.
• Oversee lifecycle management of engineering drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, vendor data, and turnover documentation.
• Maintain strict revision control to ensure project teams and contractors are working from current, approved documents.
• Manage document numbering systems, naming conventions, and file structures to ensure traceability and consistency.

Qualifications

• Assist maintenance manager in planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance projects and programs.

• Gather technical information for maintenance crews to perform the jobs safely and efficiently.
• Develop SOP’s and procedures to improve employees’ skills.
• Work with maintenance team to help maintain plant cleanliness and appearance through general housekeeping, including washing and maintain company vehicles and tools.
• Make sure equipment repairs are being done properly and parts are being issued to the work orders, checks the status of equipment availability, and work with operation supervisors to coordinate downtime.

Heavy Equipment Operators are responsible for the safe operation of heavy mobile equipment at the plant site including inspection, documentation, escalation of equipment issues while working in an open pit mining production environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pre-start checks Start-up, park-up, shutdown and communication procedures are carried out in accordance with manufacturers’ and/or site requirements.
• In case of emergency, understand and follow emergency procedures.
• Responsible for safe operating practices, including operating controls, monitoring gauges and systems, conducting safety checks and use of two-way radio.
• Equipment is operated within vehicle limitations as specified by the manufacturer and/or site requirements.
• Ensure the machine is operated in a manner that maximizes tire life and equipment life.

How You Will Make an Impact:

As a Loadout Operator, with guidance and supervision from others, responsible for coordinating movement of trucks within the plant yard, the loading of sand into trucks, preparation of accurate loadout spreadsheets, and completing and submitting Bills of Lading in accordance with guidance and limitations supplied by the company.

• Employee will be responsible for inbounding and inspection of all trucks in preparation for the loading of sand
• Duties required include opening/closing pneumatic and box hatches while harnessed to the safe rack
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment involving inventory control, purchasing logistics, and /or shipping preferred

Mechanical Maintenance Planner

The  Maintenance Planner is responsible for leading efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and safety of the Mechanical equipment and processes via design and/or changes to process equipment and systems. This role will own the creation, standardization and upkeep for Mechanical equipment SOP’s and SWP’s for the Maintenance group.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, maintain and standardize SOP’s and SWP’s
• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
