• Perform functional, validation, and acceptance testing of electronic assemblies and PCBAs.

Participants in this program will begin their careers working directly on the spacecraft production floor as Engineering Technicians supporting CSAT structures, integrations, and major assembly operations. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Technician to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is responsible for executing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform assembly, integration, and basic testing of mechanical and/or electronic components.
• Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and production documentation accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report non-conformances or process deviations.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.
Relevant studies or technical training in manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience working in a regulated or high-quality manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience using manufacturing tracking systems.
• Previous experience working in controlled production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The rate for this role starts at $24 an hour and the shifts are Friday through Sunday, 6am to 6pm.
Depending on business needs, this role may also have opportunities on:
• Shift 1- Days: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (4x10s).
• Shift 2-Nights: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 p.m.–4:30 a.m. (4x10s)
• Shift 4- Weekend-Night: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. (3x12s).
