We’re looking for a Customer Success Enablement Manager to elevate how our Customer Success organization equips teams to drive resolution, prove value, and enable long-term customer outcomes at AssetWatch.
This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Revenue. You will design and operationalize enablement strategies that empower Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Condition Monitoring Engineers (CMEs), Implementation, and Support teams to deliver measurable impact across the full customer lifecycle. As AssetWatch expands its customer ecosystem, AI-driven insights, and enterprise capabilities, this role ensures our teams are aligned, confident, and equipped to translate innovation into customer value. Your work will directly influence retention, expansion, time-to-value, and customer trust.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and believes enablement is not just training, but operational leverage.

What’s the Opportunity
AssetWatch is hiring a Deal Desk Manager to be the connective tissue between our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams — enabling our revenue process to run fast without breaking things. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you will build and run the deal desk function from the ground up, creating the structure, policies, and workflows that help AssetWatch scale its commercial engine.
You will own the quote-to-cash process, guide complex deal structures, and serve as the go-to expert for anything that sits at the intersection of a customer commitment and a company policy.
We expect end-to-end ownership, pragmatic judgment, and a bias for getting deals done the right way.

What’s the Opportunity
AssetWatch is seeking a highly analytical, systems-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across the sales organization.
You will play a key role in executing GTM initiatives, managing our sales technology stack, improving data integrity, and operationalizing sales processes that enable scalable growth. This role will help translate RevOps strategy into day-to-day operational execution across the revenue engine.
AssetWatch is highly focused on leveraging automation and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency across the GTM organization. This role will help identify opportunities to leverage modern sales technologies and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance sales productivity.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance, and RevOps systems resources to ensure our revenue operations infrastructure runs efficiently.
