We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and business-savvy Finance Manager to partner closely with Engineering, Product, and our leadership teams to drive financial planning, investment strategy, and operational rigor across the business, with a primary focus on R&D. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision support. You will play a key role in informing how Armada allocates resources and invests in innovation.

Armada is scaling fast—and our internal systems need to scale faster. As Director, Business Systems (M5), you’ll own the strategy, architecture, and execution for the core platforms that run the business across Finance, Go-To-Market, Operations, and People.
This is a builder-first leadership role for someone who can connect business process design with modern enterprise SaaS, strong data/integration patterns, and automation (including AI-enabled workflows). You’ll create a coherent, secure, and scalable systems backbone that reduces manual work, eliminates data fragmentation, and unlocks better decision-making across the company.

We are seeking an experienced, business-savvy Technical Accountant who excels in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment to join our Finance organization as Director, Technical Accounting. In this role, you will serve as the Company’s foremost accounting authority in specific areas of responsibility, providing strategic guidance on complex accounting matters while building and leading cross-functional projects. As we continue to scale our business and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape, you will play a critical role in establishing robust accounting policies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting policies, and serving as a trusted advisor on the accounting implications of business decisions
This role requires someone who excels as both a hands-on technical expert and a business partner. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Legal, Product, Tax, Treasury and Business Operations to assess accounting treatment for novel business models and transactions. You will also prepare the Company for external audit and drive continuous improvement of our accounting infrastructure.
