About the role:

At Archer, we are scaling production, which requires deeply integrating our manufacturing and business ecosystems. As a member of the Systems Integration team, you will be directly hands-on, driving data flow across all three of our core platforms: Teamcenter, SAP, and OpCenter.

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert and technical interface between systems owned by separate teams. You will navigate the specific integration nuances of PLM, ERP, and MES to ensure they work as a unified environment. Working cross-functionally, you will help build a seamless connection between operational technology and enterprise platforms to improve manufacturing performance, data integrity, and system interoperability.

What You’ll Do:

• Systems Integration: Design and implement hands-on integrations between shop-floor operations and enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, and MES)
• Technical Documentation: Maintain system architecture documentation, integration plans, and technical roadmaps for scalable manufacturing
• Teamcenter Management: Configure Siemens Teamcenter PLM to support production requirements, product-data workflows, and engineering change processes
• Cross-Platform Data Flow: Develop and maintain bidirectional integrations between Teamcenter, SAP, and Opcenter to ensure data integrity
• SAP Support: Configure and support SAP modules to manage manufacturing orders, material movements, and inventory synchronization
• System Optimization: Troubleshoot and improve system interfaces, data pipelines, and industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus)
• Compliance & Support: Ensure system security via NIST/IEC 62443 standards and provide technical support and training to cross-functional teams

What You Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing systems integration
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in configuring and integrating Teamcenter, SAP, and OpCenter
• Industrial Protocols: Strong knowledge of OPC-UA, Modbus, or Ethernet/IP

Our team is seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Software Engineer responsible for building and maintaining essential tools and automations which allow our diverse aerospace engineering teams to be efficient while remaining compliant to external and internal process standards. You'll be working directly with data used to define, test, configure aviation systems and aircraft flight testing, leveraging DevOps best practices.

What You'll Do

Develop Full-Stack Web Applications and Integration Tools: Design, build, and maintain modern Typescript, Javascript and Go applications to assist with testing, data capture, and config management of our aircraft. This work will span web applications, web APIs and desktop environments, initially focused on the management of airplane system test lab configurations.Identify Gaps in Processes and Workflows: Use existing vehicle development knowledge and previous experience to identify new tooling and application needs, as well as optimize or refactor existing toolchains and integrations

• Build for Reliability: Ensure the infrastructure and tooling you create are scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain. Document your work and champion best practices across the engineering organization.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with hardware engineers, embedded software developers, and integration / lab teams to understand their requirements and build the tools they need to succeed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on tooling, automation, or DevOps.
• 2+ years of software tool development experience in the Aerospace industry
• Experience with front-end development (e.g. using Typescript / React)
• Experience with back-end development (e.g. using Node Express or Gin)
• Strong ability with relational databases and schema design (e.g using postgres)
• A strong foundation in software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GraphQL and GraphQL backend engines (bonus for Hasura)
• Experience with modern React/TypeScript frontend libraries (e.g. Flowbite-React, PrimeReact )
• Proficient in writing and maintaining automated tests using frameworks (e.g. Jest, React Testing Library)
• Demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining Tailwind CSS Web Interfaces
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of hardware communication standards like CAN bus, ARINC-429, or RS-422.

About the Role

As a member of the Configuration Management team, you will be responsible for driving the execution of configuration management processes across the organization. Your primary role will focus on ensuring the accuracy and control of document releases, changes, and technical data. You will work closely with teams to ensure that all configuration items and documentation are properly tracked, verified, and aligned with organizational standards to maintain the integrity and compliance of the system.

What You'll Do

• Perform and support document control, ensuring all configuration management (CM) processes are followed for the proper handling, storage, and release of technical data.
• Review Change Notices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with CM standards before Change Review Board presentation.
• Attend and support Change Review Board meetings, documenting decisions, action items, and change approvals.
• Execute the release and change process for configuration items, including verifying compliance with established standards and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Verify effectivity assignments are correct and properly implemented in the PLM system.

As the Engineering Trainer, you will enable engineers and cross-functional teams to effectively use PLM, CAD, and configuration management tools in a disciplined, compliant, and efficient manner. You will design and deliver structured training programs that ensure users understand how to work in Teamcenter, execute model-based workflows, and maintain strong data integrity and configuration control practices. You will support onboarding, continuous learning, and regulatory readiness through well-structured training, documentation, and evidence of competency.

What You'll Do

• Deliver onboarding training for all personnel who require access to PLM tools
• Deliver NX CAD training covering modeling fundamentals, best practices, and advanced techniques
• Provide Teamcenter PLM training on workflows, data management, and system navigation
• Develop and deliver training modules covering Teamcenter fundamentals, engineering change workflows

As the Design Data Integrity Engineer, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of engineering drawings and models. You will serve as the quality gate for design data, verifying adherence to drafting standards, dimensioning practices, and configuration management requirements before release. Your work will directly support the production of error-free, manufacturable, and compliant engineering designs.

What You'll Do

• Review and verify engineering drawings, models, and documentation against company, industry, and regulatory standards
• Check drawings for compliance with ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and ASME Y14 drafting standards
• Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in design data
