About the Team:
The RFP team serves a core function within our Reporting team, supporting sales, client service, and ongoing due diligence efforts. The primary responsibility of the role is to partner with the Business Development team and coordinate with subject matter experts across the organization, including Research Teams, to respond to RFP and DDQ requests for prospective and existing clients. In addition, the individual will be expected to contribute to the RFP Team’s ongoing efforts redesigning processes to increase efficiency and improve outcomes. A successful candidate operates well independently as well as in a team environment and is a proactive and creative problem solver.

What You’ll Bring
The salary range for this role is expected to be $100,000 to $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is accurate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending upon factors such as skills, experience, location, or other business and organizational needs. This wage range may also be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

The Team
Operations plays a critical role across AQR, responsible for supporting trading activity, mitigating operational risk, and partnering with technology to build scalable, efficient processes. The team works closely with Business Development, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to support new and existing business across global fund structures.
Your Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Analyst to join the Client Services team supporting AQR’s International Lux Fund platform. This role sits at the center of fund operations, client servicing, and business development support, with increasing exposure to complex fund flows, data management, and external stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient account onboarding, accurate and timely flow processing, high-quality data dissemination, and responsive client service.
