The Role:  

 At Anchanto, we know that the one of the keys to growth is a high-performing team. That’s why we’re seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Director for Saudi Arabia. The candidate must have at least 8 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS - specifically within ecommerce and/or logistics solution - and a proven track record of selling complex solutions in connection to large Saudi enterprises and/or local family offices. 

As a Senior Commercial Director for Anchanto’s you will focus on the Enterprise segment, with the opportunity to help promote growth and shape the future of SaaS products for eCommerce players in the Retail and Logistics sector. We will rely on you to partner with our sales and marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan.  

Reporting directly to the Country Head, your key goal will be to drive substantial revenue growth - through New-Logo Sell by deepening consultative relationship. You will play a crucial role in developing a strong network of C-level relationships with local business partners and customers. 

 As a quota holding role, there will be an annual target, and an incentive plan linked.   

Key Responsibilities:    

#1 Sales & Revenue Leadership and Business Expansion    

• New Logos: Responsible for achieving year-over-year topline growth in the KSA by meeting sales targets for both personal and team performance. 
• Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong customer pipeline in the KSA , directly engaging in high-value deals and CXO-level relationships.
• Networking: Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, family offices, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Business Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, Saudi conglomerates organisations, family offices, media.  

#2 Team and Cross-Function Management  

• Team Management: Lead and develop the sales team in proposal creation, pitching, pipeline management, and continuous skill development.
• Reporting: Provide the Country Head with data-driven insights and reports on key performance metrics, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities. 
• Leadership: Set responsibilities and KPIs for the sales team to align with country targets and cross-departmental objectives. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Delivery, Account Management and Project Management teams to prioritize and fulfil customer requirements, ensuring timely revenue delivery.

#3 Thought Leadership:   

• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the eCommerce and logistics ecosystem in the KSA, especially in key customer domains such as Brands, Retailers, Distributors, and Logistic Services Providers / 3PLs.  
• Industry Expertise Sharing: Demonstrate industry expertise through partnerships, case studies, and whitepapers delivered with current customers and partners in the logistic & ecommerce ecosystem  

Essential Requirements:  

• 12+ years of experience, with minimum of 8 years' experience in a Sales Leadership role, preferably as an Account Director or Business Development Director in Saudi Arabia, 

• Strong sales experience in B2B SaaS products within ecommerce, retail and/or logistics sector 

• Proven track record of selling complex solutions in connection to large Saudi enterprises and/or local family offices 

• Fluent in Arabic (reading, writing, speaking), 

• Strong understanding of eCommerce and eCommerce logistic concepts and comfortable working and communicating C-level stakeholders.  

• Exceptional communication skills, especially written  

• Ability to do presentations, and captivate an audience  

• Ability to build rapport, create connections, and drive engagement

The Role :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and lead marketing initiatives across the UAE and KSA markets. Based in Dubad or Riyadh, you will work closely with our Chief Marketing officer to manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies across digital channels, events, and account-based marketing programs to drive qualified pipeline for our enterprise solutions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with cross-functional collaboration with Central Marketing and Regional Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute integrated marketing channel strategies across the UAE and KSA markets.
• Manage full-funnel demand generation programs from awareness through conversion, optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads across both markets.
• Adapt and implement country-specific and segment-specific key messaging in campaigns and marketing assets.
• Plan and execute events to create engagement opportunities with target accounts and drive pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on pipeline targets, report on pipeline performance, and implement ABM plays for target accounts.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on market performance.
• Create, maintain, and optimize campaign landing pages, nurture sequences, and retargeting flows that convert awareness into qualified opportunities.
• Coordinate with Central Marketing Team for design, content production, local website updates, event branding, and campaign assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Source and coordinate with local vendors for creative production and merchandising needs.
• Prepare, update, and maintain marketing reports and documentation on schedule and adhere to process workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing or SaaS environments.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and events in the UAE and/or KSA with an understanding of local business culture.
• Proven track record of measurable results in lead generation and pipeline contribution.
• Proficient in English with excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), comfortable communicating with Gulf-region stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, or omnichannel commerce technology sectors.
• Background in ABM and enterprise marketing targeting mid-market to enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
