In this role, the Alliance Director - Asia you will develop and grow a key set of Anaplan partnerships, driving strategic alignment, creating mindshare for joint solutions, accelerating pipeline of new business opportunities, developing strategy and actions that will drive incremental revenue growth for Anaplan and its partners especially in South East Asia market.

The role requires an individual with strong executive leadership, partnering and analytical skills who can lead and build a high performing set of partners; create and articulate a shared plan for Anaplan’s go-to-market strategy with focused go-to-market Global and Regional System Integrators in SEA.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall vision, strategy, and execution plan for partnerships to drive incremental growth
• Build and drive joint strategy, business plan creation and execution with partners that include clearly defined go-to-market initiatives in support of executive sponsors and the partner(s).
• Manage the entire life cycle of focused go-to-market partners – Develop, Enable, Strategize, Engage, GTM Enactment, Governance
• Develop and manage key executive relationships
• Build a clear, concise strategy and business plan, establish ongoing partner management process and governance
• Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence
• Drive partners management ensuring reporting and partner-led pipeline management, tracking against Sales and Customer Success metrics
• Evangelize Anaplan to key stakeholders at all levels of the partner organization and represent the voice of the partner within Anaplan create new differentiated joint offerings
• Drive field engagement models to optimize for both market share and revenue generation with high leverage of resources
• Strong ability to partner with ecosystem to create win-win opportunities as well as operate in the whitespace issues

Qualifications and Experience:

• Total of 15+ plus years in technology with at least 10 years of experience in core GTM functions such as Alliance, Sales, Presales, or Business Development. 
• Deep knowledge of the targeted territories’ Global and Regional System Integrators landscape, including markets, solutions and GTMs
• Possess an outstanding track record of success in selling SaaS solutions - preferable to have experience in selling products similar to EPM - Enterprise Performance Management solutions or similar SaaS business applications.
• Solid reputation as a thought leader and solid communicator of business value
• Proven track record of leading activities related to establishing and growing business
• Sales/Presales experience will be an advantage
• BA/BS required, MBA desirable
• Travel will be required

We are looking for a high-impact, customer-facing Principal Solution Consultant to join our presales team, specializing in Financial Consolidation & Reporting (FCR). This role will be instrumental in driving solution excellence for enterprise customers by combining deep domain expertise in statutory and management consolidation with strong storytelling and technical modeling skills.

You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to articulate the value of Anaplan’s Financial Consolidation & Reporting solution, helping customers modernize legacy consolidation processes and enable faster, more accurate financial close and reporting. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about transforming finance functions and bringing next-generation consolidation solutions to enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Sales to engage enterprise prospects and customers, identifying challenges across financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover pain points related to statutory consolidation, intercompany eliminations, disclosures, and group reporting
• Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations tailored to Financial Consolidation & Analysis use cases
• Build and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) that showcase Anaplan’s capabilities in consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, business-relevant narratives for senior stakeholders (Finance, CFO office)
• Support deal strategy, value articulation, and competitive positioning against legacy consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik, Cognos)
• Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to refine messaging and provide field feedback
• Enable and mentor peers on FCA domain expertise and solution positioning
• Stay current with regulatory requirements (IFRS, GAAP) and evolving market trends in financial consolidation

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in presales, consulting, or implementation in financial consolidation / financial close solutions
• Strong domain expertise in:
• Statutory and management consolidation
• Financial close and reporting processes
• Intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, multi-entity consolidations
• Disclosure management and regulatory reporting
• Hands-on experience with consolidation platforms such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, OneStream, Tagetik, Cognos Controller, or similar
• Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAPs)
• Experience in building financial models, multidimensional modeling, or analytics solutions
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
• Ability to operate in complex enterprise sales cycles and influence multiple stakeholders
• Fast learner with the ability to ramp quickly on new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Experience working with cloud-based EPM or planning platforms
• Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A) is a plus
• Experience working in Asia markets or global consolidation environments

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Change & Business Outcomes:

• Analyze current post-sales operations processes and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve post-sales productivity, forecast accuracy, and pipeline visibility.

Customer Success Operations Support:
