We are looking for a self-motivated SENIOR SOLUTION CONSULTANT to join our Asia Presales team, to support our Indonesia business.

What you will be doing:

• Engaging with targeted, large enterprise prospects to identify broken business processes and problems. Ascertaining and explaining Anaplan’s outstanding ability to solve them.
• Developing planning function-specific solutions, demos, and messaging. Building Proof of Concept models that are tailored to solve prospects’ problems.
• Navigating sophisticated prospect environments to facilitate the adoption of the Anaplan solution.
• Cross-training teammates on solution expertise.
• Creating product awareness in the marketplace.

More about you:

• BS / BA / Finance  or equivalent. (Post Grad and Professional Qualifications a plus)
• A background in financial planning / planning, budgeting & forecasting / financial operation planning / financial analysis
• Experience with multi-dimensional modelling, business intelligence, or analytics
• Prior experience in Enterprise Planning Management a plus
• Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology
• Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills- both internally and externally

The SDR at Anaplan is typically the first voice a prospective Anaplan client will hear. You will deliver a message of an easier way to do business; planning, forecasting, modelling and budgeting.  You will follow-up on and create qualified leads, learn how to sell using Account Based Marketing techniques, build rapport, nurture relationships and schedule initial meetings and demonstrations for the direct sales force with enterprise companies around the world.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and generate Sales Qualified leads by prospecting Enterprise accounts, identifying key stakeholders, understanding their pain and needs, building connections with Anaplan account team.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inbound requests, by speedy follow-up with event attendees, and by daily making outbound cold-calling, email correspondence and other forms of digital prospecting to targeted prospects in our Target Market
• Learn how to have value-based discussions with prospects
• Work with field sales to develop and execute Account Based Sales Development strategies targeting the right person at the right time, with the right message.
• Challenge themselves to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics, forecasts, meeting and call objectives

More about you:

• 2-5+ years Inside Sales/Sales Development/Market Development/Business Development experience in Indonesia/South east asia market
  (preferably at an enterprise software company selling SaaS /Cloud applications)
• Preferable to have experience calling with CXO/Directors of Enterprise Accounts
• Tech savvy and eager to learn new prospecting technology stacks
• Consistent track record of performance on pipeline generation, meeting set-up
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
• Discipline to maintain high call volumes or emails
• Bachelor’s Degree

The Enterprise Account Executive will formulate and implement a sales strategy within an assigned region, drive revenue growth by driving demand in the current customer base, and develop new customers in the enterprise space. You will work in partnership with the Anaplan ecosystem of pre-sales, inside sales, customer success and partner teams to drive exponential growth. The person will carry quota in their region.

Key to this role is your ability to articulate value, inspire and sell the Connected Customer Company future in a Cloud Computing world. As a trusted advisor and coach, you are the person with the expertise in Enterprise, Business and Technology Architecture that can match customer needs to the capabilities of the Anaplan solution. You will articulate the business value of the solution through executive level time to value, return on investment and TCO presentations.

In addition to the excellent sales skills the Enterprise Account Executive should possess exceptional customer management experience at the C-level. Working closely with the entire account team to drive the customer relationship and alignment at all levels in order to implement the overall account strategy is key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement sales plans & cycles.
• Understand a company's business strategy and define an architecture and solution to support that strategy with the capabilities of the Anaplan solution.
• Discover, qualify, strategize, solution, negotiate & close.
• Generate business in new customers and within the installed base.
• Must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers that can be referenced in future sales cycles.
• Work within an account team matrix, leading decision makers & influencers towards identifying their Customer Company vision by evangelizing the capabilities of Anaplan solutions.

Required Skills

• Ideally 15 years of experience in sales profiles with strong 10 plus years solution selling in SAAS/PAAS.
• Extensive experience selling to enterprise customers and closing big deals in Indonesia
• Expertise in Banking & Financial Services (FSI) industry is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell large scale and complex systems to key accounts.
• Domain understanding (FP&A, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning & Sales) and knowledge of how these functions plan, process work and make decisions
• Expertise and experience dealing with large, complicated, accounts at the most senior IT and business levels.
• Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
