As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our marketing infrastructure. You’ll lead the charge in evolving our marketing stack—blending traditional automation with AI to build a scalable foundation—ensuring that every system and workflow is built to support our growth as we scale.
The role will own KPI reporting and full funnel conversion metrics and will report to the Sr Director, GTM Operations.
We have a hybrid work model for employees based in Seattle, WA, and New York, NY, with three days in the office days each week, providing a mix of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility
We will also consider fully remote in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, OH, OR, and TX

At Amperity, we help people use data to serve the customer. Amperity's clients are trailblazers who have decided to make major investments in customer data infrastructure, and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Consulting team is crucial in advising our clients on how to turbo-boost their marketing through the strategic activation of this data. CRM Consultants work directly with marketers at some of the world's most beloved consumer brands to tackle impactful customer base challenges like acquiring high-value customers, cultivating the loyalty of existing customers, and increasing customer lifetime value.CRM Consultants, in close partnership with Amperity's Analytics team, work on an ongoing, billable basis, interacting heavily with our customers as an extension of their paid media, email, and CRM teams.

As a Lead Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Amperity, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through the entire lifecycle of their engagement with us. A great customer success manager has a deep understanding of customer adoption and usage and pushes the customer and the Amperity team towards activities that drive value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering, ensuring that our clients not only achieve their goals but also derive long-term value from our platform. Base Salary: $80,000. Individual compensation within this range will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, education/training, geographic location and the level at which you join. We also consider internal equity, market conditions, and overall business needs.
Cash Incentives: This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. Depending on the role, these plans may pay as commissions and/or as bonuses according to achievement level against sales-related targets and/or sales-related business objectives
