At Amperity, we help people use data to serve the customer. Amperity's clients are trailblazers who have decided to make major investments in customer data infrastructure, and the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Consulting team is crucial in advising our clients on how to turbo-boost their marketing through the strategic activation of this data. CRM Consultants work directly with marketers at some of the world's most beloved consumer brands to tackle impactful customer base challenges like acquiring high-value customers, cultivating the loyalty of existing customers, and increasing customer lifetime value.CRM Consultants, in close partnership with Amperity's Analytics team, work on an ongoing, billable basis, interacting heavily with our customers as an extension of their paid media, email, and CRM teams.

Base Salary: $117,000-$161,000. Individual compensation within this range will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, education/training, geographic location and the level at which you join. We also consider internal equity, market conditions, and overall business needs.
Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.

As a Lead Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Amperity, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through the entire lifecycle of their engagement with us. A great customer success manager has a deep understanding of customer adoption and usage and pushes the customer and the Amperity team towards activities that drive value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Implementation, Product, and Engineering, ensuring that our clients not only achieve their goals but also derive long-term value from our platform. You'll be a strategic partner, collaborating with customers to define success, drive adoption, and manage ongoing customer relationships.

As a Senior Solutions Architect on our Professional Services team, you will partner with Solution Delivery Managers and Customer Solution Engineers to implement Amperity's solution. This is a high impact, collaborative role that will see you own solution architecture, validate technical requirements, lead customers with guidance on best practice technical strategy, and execute a defined project plan for each customer. The role is deeply technical, but also customer-facing and will require familiarity with cloud platforms, database technologies, and SQL.
