What You’ll Do

Own the Jobsite

• Lead daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to spec.

What You Will Do

You’ll support the Driller in the construction and decommissioning of water wells while keeping safety, quality, and execution at the front of everything you do.

You will:

• Assist with water well drilling operations, rigging, lifting, and general field labor.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Help set up rigs and drilling equipment for daily operations.
• Connect and disconnect drill pipe during drilling activities.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment used in the drilling process.
• Support equipment and truck maintenance, including greasing, fueling, and pre-trip inspections.
• Collect drill cuttings as directed by the Driller.
• Keep jobsites, trucks, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready.
• Assist with cleanup of mud pits, drains, and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures without shortcuts, excuses, or ego.
• Travel to neighboring islands as needed for project work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Driller or leadership team.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience preferred.
• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Own the Accounting Fundamentals

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain the general ledger and support day-to-day accounting activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and month-end adjustments.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

Education

What You Will Do

• Experience with subcontractor and supplier outreach, quote comparison, bid leveling, and scope coverage.

Education

What You Will Do

As a Field Project Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of concrete construction activities in the field. What You Will Do
