About the team
We're looking for a dynamic counsel to help drive our commercial and product legal work. You’ll be a trusted adviser across the Alloy organization, working closely with sales, partnerships, engineering, product, security, compliance, and others. An ideal candidate will have substantial experience drafting commercial agreements and navigating complex transactions, as well as the ability to advise product and engineering teams on Alloy’s ever-evolving suite of offerings.

What you'll be doing
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including services agreements, partnership agreements, and data processing agreements.
- Providing proactive and practical product development advice, including on privacy, security, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
- Becoming an expert on Alloy, its partners, and the greater product ecosystem and applying that expertise to support Alloy’s commercial and product teams.
- Building strong partnerships across the business to enable close working relationships between legal and cross-functional partners.
- Advising business and executive leadership on key risk considerations.
- Monitoring for, and providing actionable guidance on, legal and regulatory developments relating to commercial contracting, partnerships, privacy, and artificial intelligence.
Who we’re looking for
- JD and U.S. state bar membership.
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, including in a law firm or comparable in-house role.
- Comfort drafting and negotiating commercial provisions related to licensing of software and technology, intellectual property, data rights, and artificial intelligence.
- Background advising clients in the SaaS, technology and/or financial services space.
- Excellent organization skills and proven track record of managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with a knack for successfully liaising across business units.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Interest in building scalable processes at a growing company.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. This position has a salary range of $190,000 - $250,000.

About the team
Alloy's engineering org is built around speed, ownership, and deep collaboration. Our Platform and Infrastructure/Site Reliability teams report into the same leadership, which ensure seamless cross-team collaboration. Platform engineers here don't just build APIs in isolation, they work hand-in-hand with SRE to think about how systems run, scale, and recover in production. It's a setup that rewards engineers who care about the full lifecycle of the software they ship.
The backend powers everything from fraud detection and transaction classification to data ingestion and third-party integrations. We are a high performing team where engineers have significant ownership over core systems. There’s no separate “architecture layer”—the people writing the code are the ones making the decisions.
We're a hybrid team based in Greenwich Village, NYC, and we're looking for someone local to the Greater NYC area who will attend the office Tuesdays through Thursdays.
What you'll be doing
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will:
- Architect and build backend systems. You'll own features end-to-end: from database design through to API endpoints, triggered events, and data pipelines. That means collaborating with Solutions Architects and Product Managers to spec out what clients actually need, then making it real in Node.js with a Postgres backend.
- Partner with Infra and SRE. With Platform and Infra/SRE under the same roof, you'll be involved in conversations about reliability, deployment, and production health– not just as a consumer of infrastructure, but as a collaborator. Observability, failure modes, and operational readiness are part of how we build at Alloy.
- Drive platform-level initiatives. Beyond feature work, you'll take on the kind of foundational improvements that make the whole team faster and more resilient, whether that's improving data ingestion pipelines, tightening up integrations with third parties, or reducing toil for the engineers around you.
- Own incident response and follow-through. When things break, you help get them back up. More importantly, you stick around for the blameless post-mortem and make sure the same thing doesn't happen twice.
- Mentor and multiply the team. You'll be given the trust and authority to tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-end, making architectural tradeoffs that hold up in production, and raising the bar for how the team builds and operates systems.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience: 8+ years of production software engineering experience, with a track record of owning meaningful backend systems on a collaborative team.
- Technical depth: Strong command of our core stack, or the clear ability and willingness to get there fast:
- Node.js (TypeScript preferred)
- Data systems expertise: Deep expertise in relational databases and experience with analytical databases. You think in terms of query plans, indexing strategies, and data access patterns. Our data layer powers real-time decisions and analytics, so you’re expected to actively optimize how services interact with databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Cloud expertise: You’re comfortable designing systems in public cloud, understand tradeoffs between managed services and custom infrastructure, think about scalability, reliability, and cost as first-class concerns
- Observability
- Nice to have: Experience designing high-throughput data pipelines, working with event-driven systems, or operating services under real production load is a strong plus.
- Collaboration over credentials: We care far more about how you think, communicate, and work with others than about your degree or resume formatting. If most of your experience is through contracting or ambitious personal projects, tell us about it, we're open!
- Ownership mindset: You don't wait to be told what to fix. You notice problems, flag them, and help solve them.

The Advance team is a group of full stack engineers focused on making the experience of using Alloy more and more “advanced” over time. They do this by working on features that leverage our differentiated data set to provide our customers with optimizations of their risk policies, more insights into their data, and proactive alerting of previously unknown risks. The team works all across the Alloy platform, striving to improve the usability of our rules engine and end-to-end case management system. Advance is a highly product-oriented team working on the most promising areas of the Alloy platform, which involves collaborative work across various functions.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate our product and technical vision into a concrete roadmap, guiding the team towards success.
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features and projects using cutting-edge tools and technologies.
- Work on both the front-end and backend, with the ability and willingness to lean in on either side of the stack at different times as needed, depending on the project. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/React), Node.js, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and AWS.

Who we’re looking for
We’re actually hiring for two new teammates at the Senior 1 & Senior 2 levels. There is some overlap in qualifications, given that we like to see technical leadership and expertise across senior levels in general. Ultimately, an offer and leveling will come down to depth of experience and interview performance.

- 5+ years (or for the Senior 2 role, 8+ years) of hands-on experience in developing production-ready software, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.

About the team
Alloy's platform is only as powerful as a client's ability to use it. As our Client Enablement Lead, you'll report into our VP of Product and own the end-to-end experience of how clients and partners (and the internal teams who support them) learn, understand, and get the most out of Alloy's platform. This isn't a pure documentation or technical writing role. You'll be the connective tissue between product, technical solutions, sales, and our clients and partners– building a documentation and training ecosystem that proactively answers questions before they're asked, reduces friction in onboarding, and enables clients to self-serve confidently. You'll have strong opinions about what good looks like and the drive to make it happen across the organization.

What you'll be doing
Client-Facing Enablement
- Own Alloy's external knowledge base strategy: ensuring docs, tutorials, videos, and trainings are accurate, logical, and surfaced in the right places (website, developer portal, in-product) for the right personas (policy builders, engineers integrating via API, compliance leads, etc.)
- Collaborate with our Technical Solutions team to design and deliver client training programs and onboarding materials that reduce time-to-value and drive client self-sufficiency
- Design the process by which Alloy can continuously audit and improve materials based on support tickets, client feedback, and product changes; ensure we proactively find and fix the gaps before clients do
Internal Enablement
- Build and maintain onboarding and training resources for internal teams: Technical Solutions (TS), Sales, and Product
- Partner with TS to ensure internal knowledge bases and runbooks are up-to-date, enabling faster client support resolution
- Act as the connective tissue across teams: identifying when a recurring client question signals a documentation gap, a product issue, or a training need, and routing to the right owners to resolve it
Strategy & Execution
- Define and enforce documentation standards, information architecture, and content lifecycle processes
- Leverage AI writing and documentation tools to scale high-quality content creation
- Drive cross-functional alignment on documentation priorities, ensuring the whole org is moving toward a better onboarding and self-serve experience
- Measure the impact of enablement efforts through metrics like self-serve resolution rates, onboarding completion, and CSAT
Who we’re looking for
- 4–7 years of experience in client enablement, documentation, technical content strategy, customer education, or a closely related field
- Proven track record of owning documentation end-to-end — not just writing content, but shaping structure, strategy, and how content is surfaced and maintained
- Experience spanning client-facing and internal enablement; comfortable designing for multiple personas with different levels of technical depth
- Strong communicator and collaborator — you're just as comfortable in a stakeholder meeting or a client training session as you are writing alone
- Organized, proactive problem-solver who connects the dots across teams and doesn't wait to be handed a spec
- Hands-on experience with AI writing tools and modern documentation platforms (e.g., Notion, Readme, Confluence, Guru, or similar)
- Ability to make complex technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences without losing accuracy
- Experience working alongside product, design, and engineering teams
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, identity verification, compliance, or API-driven B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with developer-facing documentation (API references, integration guides, SDKs)

About the team
The Technical Support Engineer 2 (TSE2), Triage & Discovery is the front line of Alloy’s technical support experience. This role is responsible for engaging customers early, clarifying the true issue, gathering the right technical and business context, and preparing high-quality handoffs to senior Technical Support Engineers for deeper investigation and resolution. You’ll also directly resolve repeatable, well-defined support workflows—like implementation tasks and standard configurations—giving you meaningful ownership alongside your triage work.
This isn’t a role where you passively route tickets. You’ll dig into each request, ask sharp questions, get on short calls when it’ll move things faster, and build a clear picture of what’s actually going on. The best person for this role is someone who’s energized by customer interaction, comfortable navigating technical systems, and skilled at turning ambiguity into clarity. By improving the quality of initial problem discovery, you’ll help the entire support organization resolve issues faster, more accurately, and with less wasted effort.

What you'll be doing
As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you will be responsible for triaging incoming support cases, leading customer discovery conversations, building high-quality handoffs for senior engineers, and directly resolving straightforward tickets—all using our ticketing system, Zendesk. You’ll be leveraging your technical skills, problem-solving instincts, written communication, and verbal skills to clarify customer issues and build trust with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first technical point of contact for incoming support requests—respond quickly, ask targeted follow-up questions, and build a clear understanding of what the customer actually needs.
- Get on short customer calls (15–30 minutes) when written back-and-forth isn’t getting to the heart of the issue fast enough. Lead these calls effectively, keeping them focused on discovery and triage.
- Gather the evidence that matters—logs, screenshots, timestamps, configuration details, reproduction steps—so that the next person to touch the ticket can hit the ground running.
- Write clean, structured internal notes and handoffs. When you route a ticket to a senior engineer, they should be able to start solving immediately without redoing your work.
- Directly resolve straightforward product questions, technical clarifications, and clearly documented support tasks, including repeatable implementation workflows managed asynchronously over days or weeks.
- Diagnose issues related to Alloy’s dashboard, APIs, and integrations using logs, system tools, and debugging methods, exercising judgment about when to resolve vs. when to escalate.
- Maintain accurate ticket hygiene, timely follow-ups, clear statuses, and deliver within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to improve macros, runbooks, intake questions, and discovery practices based on patterns you see in the queue.
- Help QA automated support responses, flagging and fixing issues as you encounter them.
- Expand product knowledge and technical skills through self-directed learning and embed program participation.
- Alloy’s support team covers an 8am–8pm US time zone window. Your schedule will include dedicated blocks for queue coverage, including on-call triage of urgent tickets during business hours, plus time for focused async work.

The Technical Support Engineer 2 (TSE2), Triage & Discovery is the front line of Alloy’s technical support experience. This role is responsible for engaging customers early, clarifying the true issue, gathering the right technical and business context, and preparing high-quality handoffs to senior Technical Support Engineers for deeper investigation and resolution. You’ll also directly resolve repeatable, well-defined support workflows—like implementation tasks and standard configurations—giving you meaningful ownership alongside your triage work.
This isn’t a role where you passively route tickets. You’ll dig into each request, ask sharp questions, get on short calls when it’ll move things faster, and build a clear picture of what’s actually going on. The best person for this role is someone who’s energized by customer interaction, comfortable navigating technical systems, and skilled at turning ambiguity into clarity. By improving the quality of initial problem discovery, you’ll help the entire support organization resolve issues faster, more accurately, and with less wasted effort.

What you'll be doing
As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you will be responsible for triaging incoming support cases, leading customer discovery conversations, building high-quality handoffs for senior engineers, and directly resolving straightforward tickets—all using our ticketing system, Zendesk. You’ll be leveraging your technical skills, problem-solving instincts, written communication, and verbal skills to clarify customer issues and build trust with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first technical point of contact for incoming support requests—respond quickly, ask targeted follow-up questions, and build a clear understanding of what the customer actually needs.
- Get on short customer calls (15–30 minutes) when written back-and-forth isn’t getting to the heart of the issue fast enough. Lead these calls effectively, keeping them focused on discovery and triage.
- Gather the evidence that matters—logs, screenshots, timestamps, configuration details, reproduction steps—so that the next person to touch the ticket can hit the ground running.
- Write clean, structured internal notes and handoffs. When you route a ticket to a senior engineer, they should be able to start solving immediately without redoing your work.
- Directly resolve straightforward product questions, technical clarifications, and clearly documented support tasks, including repeatable implementation workflows managed asynchronously over days or weeks.
- Diagnose issues related to Alloy’s dashboard, APIs, and integrations using logs, system tools, and debugging methods, exercising judgment about when to resolve vs. when to escalate.
- Maintain accurate ticket hygiene, timely follow-ups, clear statuses, and deliver within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to improve macros, runbooks, intake questions, and discovery practices based on patterns you see in the queue.
- Help QA automated support responses, flagging and fixing issues as you encounter them.
- Expand product knowledge and technical skills through self-directed learning and embed program participation.
- Alloy’s support team covers an 8am–8pm US time zone window. Your schedule will include dedicated blocks for queue coverage, including on-call triage of urgent tickets during business hours, plus time for focused async work.

You will play a critical role in supporting the accounting team in the month-end close process and year-end audit, while also helping to develop and implement the key processes and systems needed to scale our billing and revenue operations as the business grows. What you'll be doing
As the Accounting Associate, you’ll:
- Own the full-cycle accounts receivable process — from monthly billings and issuing customer invoices to following up on collections, resolving disputes, and applying cash
- Review customer contracts and order forms to ensure accurate billing setup in accordance with agreed terms, and maintain deferred revenue schedules in compliance with ASC 606
- Participate in month-end close processes, including posting journal entries related to AR, deferred revenue, customer write-offs, and bad debt reserves
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively manage collections, including customer outreach, escalations, and follow-ups to maintain healthy cash conversion
- Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies, including short pays, disputes, and unapplied cash, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external billing inquiries
- Complete balance sheet and account reconciliations, confirming the validity of information across NetSuite, Salesforce, and other systems of record
- Support cash collections forecasting by analyzing AR trends and expected payment timing, and contribute to management reporting on DSO and revenue metrics
- Develop robust documentation of internal controls and processes, ensuring they meet the requirements of external auditors, and assist with audit requests and ad hoc projects
- Continually improve business processes through thoughtful analysis and by researching best practices — and assist in the planning and implementation of key financial software solutions, including revenue management tools
Who we’re looking for
Reporting to the Controller, we’re looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to billings and order-to-cash in the software or technology industry. You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, have a solid grasp of US GAAP including the fundamentals of revenue accounting, and have meaningfully contributed to a month-end close cycle. You’ve operated as an accounting associate or accounting specialist at a startup or high-growth company — meaning you know what it’s like to work where the playbook is still being written, and you’ve stepped up anyway.
You’re proficient in NetSuite and Salesforce, and comfortable across the Microsoft Office Suite — including intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs). Who we’re looking for

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences

The Technical Success Manager (TSM) role is a future-state, senior technical partner position designed to own long-term technical success, architectural health, and strategic alignment for Alloy’s most complex customers and partners. What you'll be doing
As a Technical Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate, owning the technical success strategy for named strategic accounts from signature through onboarding and beyond. This role is intentionally focused on strategy, architecture, and roadmap alignment

- Owning long term technical success for strategic account by driving architectural direction, system evolution and platform integrity do deliver on client’s business objectives

- Experience scoping complex solutions, guiding migrations, and driving platform adoption.

As a Solutions Architect specializing in Transaction Monitoring, you’ll play a major role in Alloy’s Professional Services organization and are paramount to client success. The Predict team builds Alloy’s real-time machine learning systems at scale. Our immediate focus is on fraud detection, where we believe machine learning can simplify and accelerate decision-making in ways traditional rule-based systems can’t. Managing rules and policies to detect fraud is complex and constantly evolving; we use ML to make it smarter, faster, and more adaptive. Our approach is identity-centric, combining signals from a wide range of data sources to build a comprehensive understanding of risk.
You will work on advancing our core models while also partnering directly with customers to drive strong outcomes from fraud studies.

- Contribute to the design, training, and evaluation of machine learning models that power Alloy’s fraud detection capabilities.

About the team
We’re looking for a highly capable demand generation operator to own campaign execution and performance across Alloy’s go-to-market segments, including banks, fintechs, and emerging markets.
As our marketing strategy becomes more segmented and sophisticated, we are looking to scale our execution velocity. This role exists to translate strategy into pipeline — building, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.
Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, you’ll sit at the center of campaign activation, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and RevOps to execute programs across lifecycle, paid, and digital channels. You’ll also leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate execution, improve targeting, and drive more efficient, data-informed decision making.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is fluent in marketing automation, comfortable running multi-channel programs, and motivated by improving pipeline performance — not just launching campaigns.

What you'll be doing
Own Campaign Execution Across Channels
- Translate segment campaign strategy into multi-channel execution plans across email, paid, webinars, website, and events
- Launch and manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines, targeting, and assets are aligned
- Operationalize pre- and post-event and webinar programs in partnership with Field and Partner Marketing
- Ensure consistent campaign tracking, tagging, and reporting in partnership with RevOps
- Align with Sales and Customer Success to ensure strong campaign follow-through
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, including content iteration, audience targeting, and campaign setup
Build and Optimize Acquisition Programs
- Design and execute segmented nurture programs based on persona, segment, funnel stage, and engagement signals
- Drive acquisition performance across campaigns by optimizing targeting, messaging, channel mix, and conversion paths
- Own performance of paid and digital channels (LinkedIn, Search, Reachdesk, and emerging programs) as part of integrated campaign strategy
- Test and refine audience targeting, creative, and landing page alignment to improve conversion rates and cost per opportunity
- Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels (e.g., B2B media, newsletters, sponsorships)
Drive Funnel Performance
- Monitor campaign and channel performance from lead to opportunity
- Identify and address bottlenecks in conversion, engagement, and pipeline progression
- Partner with RevOps to improve lead scoring, routing, attribution, and reporting accuracy
- Use performance data to inform optimization decisions, budget recommendations, and future campaign strategy
- Apply AI-driven analysis and insights to identify trends, optimize conversion paths, and inform campaign and budget decisions
Who we’re looking for
- 6–9 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management
- Proven track record of owning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, SalesForce preferred), including building nurture programs and segmentation
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, and similar platforms) within demand generation workflows to scale campaign execution, optimization and improve performance
- Strong experience managing and optimizing paid channels, especially LinkedIn (Google Search a plus)
- Solid understanding of funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline reporting
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

We’re seeking a Finance Director to help steer the financial strategy of our rapidly growing organization. Reporting to the Head of Finance—with the CEO as your skip-level—you’ll own the corporate long-range plan, lead a team of two, and serve as a strategic partner across every

Alloy is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnership Executive to join our channel sales team and deliver rapid growth with an expanding partner ecosystem. This role serves a critical function within our Banking vertical, partnering with Digital Banking and Online Account Opening platforms to scale mutual value. As an Account Executive for our Banking team, you will execute end-to-end sales strategies to generate and close net new sales opportunities with regional banks, community banks, and/or credit unions. You will also partner with our Customer Success team to expand the adoption of Alloy through our client base via upsell and cross-sell strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with channel partners on account planning and co-selling.
- Develop subject matter knowledge on fraud and identity risk, and communicate Alloy value proposition to solve complex business and fraud challenges
- Identify key business needs through account research, including publicly available information, industry connections, and networking
- Develop a business and action oriented point of view on the value Alloy will provide each customer situation
- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers and understand their specific priorities
- Develop a plan to prospect and build pipeline within an assigned territory
- Partner closely with solution engineering to showcase the full range of Alloy’s identity decisioning platform
- Present pricing, lead negotiations and contracting processes, and close deals in line with forecast
Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience to financial institutions

Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. This position has a salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 on a 50/50 base + commission structure.

About the team
Alloy is actively hiring experienced full stack engineers to join the Partner Ecosystem Platform Engineering team to design and build a future data provider integration platform. Alloy partners with hundreds of data vendors that perform work across identity verification, fraud mitigation and many others. To scale this out Alloy is building the next generation integration platform, which will make it easy to build, operate and maintain data integrations. Alloy is hiring experienced engineers who can lead this effort, creating a new platform that enables the new stage of Alloy’s growth.
Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite twice a week.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will:
- Design and build a scalable platform that simplifies the creation/operation of hundreds of data partner integrations.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate our product and technical vision into a concrete roadmap, guiding the team towards success.
- Partner with third-party vendors & our clients to gather requirements and co-create solutions, ensuring seamless integration of their data within the core product and the evolving marketplace experience.
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features and projects using cutting-edge tools and technologies. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/React), Python (Django), Node.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and AWS.
- Craft high-quality, thoroughly-tested code that meets the unique requirements of our clients, ensuring robustness and reliability.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within our rapidly expanding team.
In summary, you will play a pivotal role in building out the next generation of partner ecosystem platform at Alloy, driving the development of integrations with our data partner APIs and SDKs, leveraging your technical expertise to build solutions that have a significant market impact while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Who we're looking for
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing production-ready software, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.
- Experience maintaining and working with data integrations / external API sources
- Expertise in steering technical projects (fullstack or backend), adept at prioritizing tasks, defining requirements, and facilitating productive discussions within the team to drive informed technical decisions.
- Collaborative mindset, experience leading engineering teams in collective pursuits, fostering an environment of cooperation and shared success.
- Remarkable ability to adapt swiftly to the evolving needs of our growing organization and dynamic product landscape, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Proficiency in client-side technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6/React), HTML/CSS, as well as server-side proficiency in Python (Django), enabling seamless development across the entire stack.
- Practical experience in managing relational databases, with a strong command over PostgreSQL and its intricacies, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.

- Experience working in developer productivity domain and/or SDKs
