Location: St. Louis, MO - 100% onsite
Duties Include:
• Providing general administrative support to HDS policy team.
• Organizing and maintaining staff documents, policy review schedules, file, and folders.
• Supporting the development of office SOPs, guides, and other materials in accordance with
applicable policies.
• Routing customer inquiries and questions regarding policies.
• Preparing routine correspondence and distributing materials to relevant audiences.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience with SharePoint and using electronic publishing applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/InDesign/Pro.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in English or Communication
