Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to support the hands-on build, test, and iteration of prototype hardware at ACS. Working directly alongside our mechanical and electrical engineers, you will play a central role in the R&D process, helping bring early-stage designs to life, identifying failure modes, and feeding real-world findings back into the development cycle.

What You’ll Do

• Build and integrate prototype mechanical assemblies from engineering drawings, CAD models, and work instructions, with an emphasis on speed-to-test and iterative refinement.
• Conduct functional and performance testing on prototype hardware, collect data, and clearly document results to support engineering analysis and design decisions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and anomalies on prototype systems, identifying root causes and working with engineers to implement fixes quickly.

Position Overview

As a Production Planner, you will manage the flow of all materials and components through the business. You will ensure the production team has work in their queue, the correct priorities, and a clear path to build without blockers. What You’ll Do:

• Create production plans that translate sales/forecasts to a production plan that the procurement team can execute against.
• Release work orders to Production and kit requests to Inventory.   
• Create visibility of material positions using line-of-balance, shortage, and clear-to-build reports. 
• Support prioritization and expedite subassemblies to support integration timelines. 
• Update demand to accommodate engineering change orders and communicate changes to procurement 

What You’ll Need:

As our Senior HR Generalist, you will work directly alongside our VP of HR to design and establish the programs, processes, and infrastructure that define how we operate as a company and how we take care of our people. What You’ll Do

• Partner with the VP of HR to define the people strategy roadmap, assess current-state gaps, and build prioritized plans to close them, including the employee handbook, process guides, and compliance frameworks.
• Own day-to-day benefits administration, enrollment coordination, and employee communications; build the education and support infrastructure so employees can fully access and understand their benefits.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Mechanical Drafter to support our engineering team in developing detailed mechanical drawings, 3D models, and documentation for our autonomous defense systems. This role will focus on creating and maintaining accurate design documentation, ensuring drawings meet manufacturing requirements, and supporting engineers throughout the product development process. You'll play an important role in translating engineering concepts into clear, manufacturable designs.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CV/ML Platform Engineer with specialization in Computer Vision and Machine Learning (CV/ML) to design, build, and own the data, model, and compute infrastructure powering ACS CV/ML team. You will help manage a 130+ GPU bare-metal Kubernetes cluster, own CV/ML CI/CD pipelines, and ensure ML model training proceeds at high volume with low friction. 

What You'll Do: 

• Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal infrastructure hosting 130+ NVIDIA GPUs, with hybrid burst capability to AWS for scalable compute and storage workloads. 
• Manage NVIDIA GPU clusters for ML training.
• Own the ACS CV/ML CI/CD pipeline.
• Improve and maintain core ML infrastructure, such as model registration and versioning, experiment tracking, and model and data provenance tracking.
• Improve and maintain ML model testing, performance analysis, and reporting tools.
• Automate repetitive model training and testing tasks to increase developer velocity.
• Work with Software Team Platform Engineers to ensure efficient coordination and minimal duplication between CV/ML infrastructure and wider Software infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Software Team to automate the optimization of models (TensorRT/quantization) for deployment on NVIDIA Jetson and other edge hardware. 

Required Technical Skills: 

• 2+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps/MLOps. 
• Strong programming skills are required for automating ML lifecycles and building custom CLI tools for CV engineers. 
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, including managing CUDA libraries and development environments, GPU Operator, device plugins, and scheduling (MIG, Volcano, or fractional GPU sharing). 
• Experience implementing and maintaining MLOps platforms such as Kubeflow, MLflow, Weights & Biases (W&B), or DVC for experiment tracking and model versioning. 
• Familiarity with high-performance storage solutions (e.g., MinIO, WEKA, or Ceph) and data orchestration tools capable of handling terabytes of video/image data. 
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines that include automated model validation, performance benchmarking, and artifact management for both cloud and edge targets. 
• Experience with model optimization toolchains, including TensorRT, ONNX, and quantization techniques, specifically for cross-compilation to ARM targets like NVIDIA Jetson. 
• Proficiency with observability stacks (ELK, Prometheus/Grafana) adapted for ML, including monitoring GPU health, training throughput, and model inference metrics.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and operation roles supporting defense and government programs (e.g., manufacturing engineers and technicians, software engineers, computer vision engineers, mechanical engineers, mission operations, and technical operations). 

• Partner closely with to understand technical requirements, clearance needs, and program timelines.

What You’ll Do:

Supplier Sourcing & Management 

• Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components 

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms 

• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive continuous improvement 

Procurement & Planning 

• Own the end-to-end procurement process (RFQs, POs, contract negotiations)

This role will own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of safety policies, training, compliance systems, and hazard controls across our facility. Our work involves industrial manufacturing processes, hazardous materials, high-energy systems, and emerging weapons-related technologies—so this role requires strong judgment, technical credibility, and the confidence to stop unsafe work when necessary. 

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will spend time on the production floor, working directly with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership to proactively identify risks, strengthen safeguards, and build a culture where safety is a shared responsibility. 

What You’ll Do:

Safety Program Leadership 

• Own and formalize the company-wide safety program, policies, and procedures 

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations 

• Establish and maintain a strong safety culture and stop-work authority framework 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and inspections 

Hazard Analysis & Risk Management

You will build and maintain large-scale image and video pipelines, but with a focus on data curation strategies—such as coreset selection, embedding-based filtering, and automated complexity scoring. You’ll partner closely with our ML engineers to orchestrate ingestion, synthetic data generation, and versioned releases, ensuring that every dataset is not only high-integrity and available but strictly optimized to maximize model performance. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Design and develop a scalable data infastructure, focusing on organization and curation to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity
• Design and implement existing and novel approaches to optimize datasets for model training (e.g., hard example mining, class balancing, de-duplication, embedded-based filtering).

What You'll Do: 

• Operate a robot, following test protocols to verify system performance.
• Test computer vision and perception systems, including tracking reliability across varied lighting conditions, occlusions, and edge-case environments.
• Run manual and automated tests to ensure new software releases do not break existing functionality.

About The Role:

Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to design, build, and own the infrastructure powering the development of ACS’s autonomous counter-drone systems. You will manage a 130+ GPU bare-metal Kubernetes cluster, own our CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our systems run reliably in both lab and field environments. 

What You’ll Do 

• Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal infrastructure hosting 130+ NVIDIA GPUs, with hybrid burst capability to AWS for scalable compute and storage workloads.
• Manage NVIDIA GPU clusters for ML training.
• Own the full CI/CD pipeline from source to deployment, including artifact signing, build automation, and version pinning, ensuring repeatable delivery to cloud and edge targets.
• Build and maintain the observability stack, including log aggregation, metrics collection, alerting, and dashboards providing real-time visibility into cluster health and system performance. Collaborate with computer vision, robotics, and software engineering teams to build low-friction developer tooling that accelerates iteration on the ACS turret platform.
• Define and enforce infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Helm, or Ansible across on-prem and cloud deployments.
• Manage network configuration, storage provisioning, and security hardening for the bare-metal cluster in compliance with applicable defense security requirements. 

What You’ll Need 

• Skill at Python programming and Bash scripting
• 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering, with hands-on experience in production Kubernetes environments.
• Deep expertise in bare-metal Kubernetes administration, including CNI configuration, storage backends, node management, and cluster upgrades.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, including CUDA, device plugins, GPU scheduling in Kubernetes, and KubeFlow or similar ML orchestration tooling.
• Strong CI/CD experience including Debian packaging, build automation, artifact management, and pipeline tooling (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with observability tooling (e.g. ELK) for log aggregation, metrics, and alerting in distributed Linux environments.
• Experience building C++ and Python toolchains on Linux using CMake, with familiarity with cross-compilation for ARM targets such as NVIDIA Jetson.
• Strong Linux systems knowledge (Debian/Ubuntu preferred), including networking, storage, kernel tuning, and security hardening for production environments.

• Act as an on-site product SME for ACS systems during CONUS and OCONUS events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and software systems with minimal support.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify, isolate, and solve problems.
• Apply practical knowledge of networking layers for both hardline and mesh networks.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude to address hardware and system-level challenges.
• Perform basic Linux-based tasks, including log access, configuration updates, and system modifications via CLI.
