The Territory Account Manager (TAM) serves as the primary business owner and strategic partner for a defined portfolio of small-business and emerging clients. The TAM is responsible for the comprehensive management of clients in a defined territory, overseeing commercial retention, operational success, and strategic growth. Unlike roles solely focused on transactional support, the TAM exercises independent judgment to resolve support issues, formulate account strategies, and resolve complex operational challenges within their assigned territory. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned regional territory (frequent local/regional travel, up to 90% depending on the market) to conduct in-person client meetings and attend industry events.

This position holds ultimate accountability for the financial and operational performance of account-based marketing initiatives, driving utilization, retention, and revenue expansion across priority enterprise portfolios.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred to support the requirement for advanced commercial and strategic analysis.
EXPERIENCE: 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a significant concentration in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B2C environments. Demonstrated track record of building and scaling marketing functions, working directly with enterprise-level clients, and proving marketing ROI. Experience in technology, SaaS, insurance, mobility, or subscription-based service industries is highly preferred.

The Senior Director of Account Management, Strategic Accounts serves as the primary executive relationship owner and commercial leader for a single, critical Strategic Account in the P&C Insurance industry for a Fortune 100 Client. This highly specialized Senior Director role is responsible for ensuring client and revenue retention, significant growth and executive alignment within one of the organization's most valuable partnerships. With clear commercial accountability, the Strategic Account Manager leads the entire lifecycle of the partnership, shaping transformational engagements with one of the country’s leading insurance companies. The role includes but is not limited to overall ownership of the Strategic Account, Expanding the existing programs, upselling and cross selling of new and existing products to new and existing senior level stakeholders, and the overall contract Renewal. This individual operates as a strategic trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders, developing multi-year strategies that integrate Roadside Assistance (RSA) and Accident Management (AM) solutions to advance partnership maturity and mutual growth.
