Position Summary:
The Groundskeeper is responsible for regular and preventative maintenance of the facility landscaping to include all plants, lawn, irrigation, concrete walkways and loading docks. In addition, the Groundskeeper's primary role in learning how to measure and paint the fields based upon the sport in which is being played on particular field to ensure they are ready for event days.

Position Summary:
The Vice President, Event Services is a senior executive responsible for the strategic planning, operational leadership, and continuous improvement of all event and guest-facing functions at Dignity Health Sports Park (DHSP), overseeing Event Services, Security, Guest Services, Box Office, Concessions, and First Aid to ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with DHSP and LA Galaxy's guest experience standards. This role drives operational consistency and executional excellence across a diverse event portfolio, including sports programming, concerts, festivals, private events, and community initiatives, while serving as a key partner in booking strategy and annual calendar planning to optimize campus utilization and deliver a balanced, revenue-generating mix of programming.
Essential Functions:
Leadership & Vision
• Serve as the functional lead for all event activities across the Sports Park, setting the standard for professionalism, safety, and hospitality.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership peers to shape long term event strategy and calendar planning, aligning event programming, booking decisions, and venue operations with DHSP and LA Galaxy’s strategic plan, revenue growth objectives, and community impact goals.
• Lead the planning and execution of all event operations, including Event Services, Security, Guest Services, Box Office, Concessions and First Aid.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data, technology, and industry best practices to enhance operational performance and guest experience.
Event Performance
• Lead a diverse portfolio of events, including sports programming, concerts, festivals, and community events, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial goals.
• Direct event management teams to ensure all programs, events, and activations are delivered at the highest standards, on schedule, on budget, and reflective of DHSP and LA Galaxy’s brand and values.
• Oversee security, crowd management, and emergency response coordination, serving as the primary liaison with law enforcement, fire, and EMS agencies to ensure public safety and event preparedness.
• Ensure the Park’s mobility systems support accessibility and guest experience goals, integrating ADA considerations throughout the guest journey.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, community partners, city personnel, and the general public.
Financial & Administrative Management
• Develop and manage annual budgets for event and venue operations, including labor, facility rental, event related expenses.
• Provide financial oversight of department budgets and event specific cost analyses, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Support multiyear forecasting and strategic resource planning to ensure sustainable growth and operational readiness.
Booking, Sales and Marketing Alignment
• Partner with booking and sales teams to optimize the event calendar.
• Evaluate ticketed, non-ticketed and private events.
• Collaborate with marketing on event positioning, promotion, and guest experience strategy.
• Provide operational input on feasibility and planning.
• Identify opportunities to increase utilization across all campus assets.
Team & Culture Leadership
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team across Event Services, Guest Experience, and Venue Management, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Implement and support company initiatives related to training and development, quality assurance, and community contributions.
• Foster a culture grounded in collaboration, innovation, and pride in the Sports Park’s mission.
• Mentor leaders to strenghten capability , build succession pipelines, and support long-term departmental growth.

Job Summary
The Supervisor Security will maintain the safety and security of all employees, guests and clients at shows, events, festivals, tours, one-off's and venues through the supervision of Security Officers and by performing constant patrol, observation and documentation. The Security Supervisor and Officers will be the first point of contact for all security-related issues and will control the diffusion of any incidents at the venue. The incumbent in this position must know and enforce all rules and policies; comply with all legal and ethical instructions provided by the Security Manager and Building Management; and ensure/maintain the highest levels of integrity for him/herself and the security staff.

The Private Event Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving private event revenue across the facility, with a strong focus on private events with hospitality/catering. This role blends strategic marketing with proactive sales, using both traditional outreach and grassroots marketing and sales strategies to position the venue as a premier destination for corporate meetings, teambuilding experiences, social celebrations, photoshoots, brand activations, and more.
The Manager leads targeted marketing initiatives, builds and maintains relationships with booking agents, promoters, corporate clients, and community partners, and manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to negotiating rental agreements and contracts. This position oversees availability, hold requests, and calendar management while collaborating closely with internal departments, catering partners, and the Sr. Manager of Event Booking to maximize revenue opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
