The Role

Our new Talent Acquisition Partner will play an integral part of the AXS Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for supporting recruitment across multiple teams. This individual will support recruitment initiatives, process improvements, best practices, employer branding and more. The TA Partner will help position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner, developing effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while understanding their complex and unique talent and business needs.

What Will You Do?

• Partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies, facilitating open dialogue, alignment, and shared ownership of hiring decisions.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts by researching, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating applicants while fostering a transparent, respectful, and equitable candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain ongoing, transparent communication with hiring teams, HR, and cross‑functional colleagues to ensure alignment and a seamless, relationship‑driven hiring experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates by engaging authentically, communicating consistently, and ensuring each individual feels valued, informed, and treated fairly throughout the process.
• Source talent through diverse channels while maintaining a relationship‑driven approach that strengthens long‑term pipelines.
• Analyze, develop, and refine talent acquisition models and strategies that support organizational goals and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every hiring practice.
• Support workforce planning by creating and implementing tools, templates, and processes that help leaders anticipate needs and make informed, people‑centered decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and the Compensation team to maintain accurate job evaluations, market analyses, job codes, and competitive positioning ensuring clarity and fairness for both candidates and internal teams.
• Proactively cultivate talent pipelines by mapping relevant source organizations and anticipating hiring patterns, building relationships that support both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, fairness, and the overall candidate journey.
• Engage actively in professional and collegial organizations to share AXS/AEG best practices and bring innovative, people‑focused approaches back into the organization.

What we hope you'll bring

Job Summary

The Talent Acquistions Specialist Operations works towards improving & supporting processes that pertain to sourcing, screening, and hiring of talent for the department. The TA Specialist will partner and build key working relationships across our Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners enterprise-wide. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in managing the candidate experience and serving as a primary resource for internal stakeholders about ATS system and process application. Assists with managing compliance projects through training, auditing, and report generation/analysis.

Essential Functions

• Supports end-to-end recruiting operations and technology, including requisition management, system workflows, standard operating procedures, and reporting.
• Uses industry knowledge and experience to develop operational solutions that improve processes and workflows for scale, and enhance the external and internal recruiting experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert, sharing best practices with the team and how to use the ATS or other systems resources available.
• Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas of potential process improvement.
• Works with VP Talent Acquisition on identifying and vetting potential recruiting partnerships. Manages Master Service Agreement distribution and review process with legal and partners.
• Works cross-functionally with Recruiting, HR, Finance and other departments as needed.
• Leads the Talent Acquisition Sync Meeting to ensure transparency of all operational activities are discussed.
• Helps to drive and manage Talent Acquisition programs that enhance and support the overall Candidate Experience, including but not limited to the employee referral program, application & pre-screening, and global offer alignment, and relocation assistance.
• Regularly attends job fairs and assists with internship/early career stage recruiting efforts as needed.
• Fill entry level job requisitions as determined by the Director or VP Talent Acquisition.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (4-year) or years of experience equivalent.
• 4-6 years Talent Acquisition operational support and recruiting.
• Extensive knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle and compliance/DE&I standard process operations.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems in an administrative capacity.
• Must be able to attend job fairs and other recruiting functions that may occur outside of standard business hours occasionally.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative.
• Possess and exude a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Able to work well in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

Job Summary

The Sr Human Resources Business Partner is a hands-on professional responsible for overseeing multiple facets of the HR life cycle while serving as a trusted advisor to business entity leaders and team members. This role requires an experienced HR professional who possesses strong technical HR consulting skills and is adept at collaborating with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Essential Functions

• Provide day to day consultative HR guidance to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, investigations, terminations, policy interpretation, and compliance. Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to assess risk, uncover root cause, anticipate impact, ensure accurate documentation, and drive appropriate outcomes with full ownership and follow through.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders by applying sound judgment and business acumen to assess organizational needs, anticipate risks, and translate business objectives into aligned HR strategies. Build strong, consultative relationships and partner cross functionally to influence decision making, drive effective people solutions, and support organizational performance.
• Lead performance, onboarding, and talent development processes for the assigned client group, including programs such as 30/60/90 day check ins, onboarding experience metrics, stay interviews, and development initiatives, owning planning, execution, communication, and follow up end to end.
• Conduct and document exit interviews and oversee offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion, accurate documentation, trend identification, and compliance with company standards.
• Partner with Compensation to address salary, job leveling, and pay related matters, ensuring accuracy, internal equity considerations, proactive issue identification, and appropriate stakeholder communication.
• Analyze data and feedback from onboarding surveys, exit interviews, engagement tools, and other sources; identify trends and risks; and present insights and recommendations to HR leadership to inform continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and training to local HR partners on Corporate HR initiatives and processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effective execution across teams
• Independently manage senior and executive level employee relations investigations, including planning, fact finding, documentation, and resolution, proactively escalating concerns to leadership when warranted.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
• 5 - 7 years experience in the HR Business Partner role.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic business environment Direct supervision of others.
• Experience with multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (i.e., UKG, Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft, etc).
• Experience with Talent Managment Systems (Cornerstone On-Demand, SuccessFactors, etc.) is preferred.
• Entertainment Industry experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage human resources initiatives end to end, including planning, execution, proactive communication, follow through, and accountability for outcomes.
• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess urgency, uncover root cause, identify risk, anticipate downstream impact, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Proven ability to proactively communicate project status, risks, and changes to leadership and stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to execute HR processes, system updates, documentation, and employee communications accurately and completely.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and feedback (e.g., onboarding surveys, exit interviews, engagement metrics) and apply insights to HR recommendations, program improvements, and decision making.
• Demonstrated competence in handling complex and sensitive employee relations matters, providing consultative guidance to leaders and ensuring appropriate documentation and risk mitigation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain policies, programs, and recommendations.
• Solid knowledge of federal and state employment and leave laws (including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA) and the ability to apply them appropriately in practice.
• Strong HR systems proficiency (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP, applicant tracking systems, and talent management platforms) with the ability to leverage systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a broader HR and leadership team.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
