Position Summary: 

The Program Manager provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices. The Program Manager leads team success by supporting staff development, promoting accountability, and coordinating team functions and community initiatives. Team Specific Information: Team 227 is an adult outpatient therapy team located at WellPower’s Recovery Center.  The multi-disciplinary team is comprised of therapists, therapists who also provide case management, a psych only care coordinator, psychiatric nurses, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychiatrists and a program manager.  The team currently serves 1,020 adults—18-years-old and older.  The program manager directly supervises the therapists, the therapists/case managers, and the psych only care coordinator while providing overall leadership to the entire team.

Requirements & Qualifications: 

EDUCATION:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required
• Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist license in good standing required.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience
• Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred
• Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals.

Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely.

Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.

Position Summary:

Licensed Clinicians provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals with mental illness. Work with others in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery.

Team Specific Information: 

This position is a member of the Right Start for Infant Mental Health team, WellPower’s team serving families with children aged birth to five years and pregnant individuals. Our team of clinicians work exclusively with infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families to offer comprehensive, trauma-informed, culturally proficient, relationship-based interventions including: Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Circle of Security-Parenting, Trauma-Focused CBT and other clinical interventions as necessary. We also provide treatment to pregnant individuals and new caregivers experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders that threaten to affect infant development. The team serves families at the Dahlia Campus for Health and Well Being as well as in community locations. This position is community based, and services would be provided in family home or community locations as well as at the Dahlia Campus

The young children and families we serve present with a broad range of infant mental health concerns, but frequently have experienced trauma, abuse/neglect, removal from or loss of a primary caregiver, and as a result are exhibiting post-traumatic stress symptoms, behavioral challenges, depression, anxiety and/or distressed/disordered parent-child relationships. The primacy of parent-infant relationship is central to our work and thus the services offered are dyadic in nature. This position is also responsible for maintaining compliance to documentation standards for all work performed. Bilingual Spanish required.

• Provide diagnostic mental health assessments of children ages 5 and under including assessing social-emotional functioning and parent-child relationship functioning.
• Provide infant-parent, child-parent and family therapy services to children ages 0 to 5 and their caregivers. At this level of care, case managers are primarily community based so that they can help people we serve attend to their needs in their natural environments. Case managers transport the people on their caseloads to various locations/agencies as part of linkage to community resources.

Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor (CM I) or Master (CM II) Degree in psychology, social work, or other

Position Summary: 

Clinicians: The Solutions Center is a 24/7 crisis facility serving those in the community that come into contact with first responders. The clinician provides direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The clinician works with others in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery.

This is a part-time position, every Saturday, 11:30 AM - Midnight.

Location:  - 2929 W 10th Ave, Denver CO 80204

Compensation & Benefits:

• Masters $31.25/hr
• LCSW/LPC/LMFT $37.59/hr
• Language Differential $1 - $2.50

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications. 

Job Duties & Functions: 

• Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification, crisis interventions, and individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients. 
• Provide case management services to clients as needed or assigned. 
• Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up at disposition times.
• Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation.
• Coordinate client's use of other WellPower programs and outside community resources.
• Coordinate medication/medicinal needs of clients with psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical sources.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients
• Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.
• Perform 27-65 (M-1) "mental health hold" evaluations
• Perform other duties as assigned. 
• Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.

Requirements & Qualifications: 

Education:

Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field. Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado - preferred.

Experience:

Three years experience in clinical social work preferred but not required. Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.

Tuberculosis (TB) screening, testing  -  TB  screening and testing, is required and must be completed prior to hire ( i.e., preplacement), and maintained during employment.

Work Location: On site at 2929 W 10th Ave, Denver 80204

Shift/Hours: Saturday 11:30 AM to Midnight 

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend and reach, drive, operate standard office equipment such as phone, computer, facsimile, copier/printer, and other business machines. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials and articulate goals and action plans. Must understand people from all walks of life and be able to communicate effectively with them.
