Action is seeking a Front Desk Associate (Part-Time) to join our team at our luxury association, Sycamore Creek, located in Corona, CA.

Compensation: $21 to $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 to 6 hours per day)

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction.

Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.

Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.

Provide concierge services.

Complete Daily Activity Report

Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels.

Address resident and guest concerns and questions

Demonstrate strong understanding of the association's governing documents.

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

High school diploma or GED equivalent requried.

At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is preferred.

Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Manager Assistant to join our team at Sycamore Creek in Corona, CA.

Summary:

The Manager Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 7:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm

Will work staggered 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours/week.
Team members will not work all six days; instead, they will receive a rotating weekday off.

What You'll Do (Duties/Responsiblities)

Administrative Support - Manage daily office operations, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and prepare reports.

Resident Services - Assist residents with inquiries, process payments, and coordinate move-ins/move outs.

Architectural Review - Support the architectural review process, including scheduling meetings and tracking project progress.

Financial Management- Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining records.

General Support - Perform various tasks as assigned, such as coordinating meetings, preparing communications, and managing vendor relationships.

What You'll Need (Requirements)

At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience. HOA property management experience is a plus!

High School Diploma or equivalent required. College education preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm

Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines

Positive and professional demeanor

Customer service oriented

Action is seeking Seasonal Recreational Assistants to join our team at Sycamore Creek in Corona, CA.

Compensation: $18 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday 11 AM to 8:30 PM: Weekends 11 AM to 8:30 PM

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

This position will report to the on-site General Manager and works closely with fellow Recreational Assistants. This is a seasonal, full-time position from June through August. Recreational Assistants will be responsible for providing friendly customer service to residents, monitoring pool area entry; promoting adherence to pool rules; maintaining and inspecting pool areas; coordinating with vendors and team members; preparing written daily activity reports; reporting safety or maintenance issues; and other duties as assigned.
