The role:
At aCommerce, the Senior Key Account Manager is a role carved out to meet the changing consumer demand and this position is based in Philippines. This individual aims to serve as an extension of our clients’ businesses ensuring proper management and execution of the ecommerce strategy in social commerce on their behalf. This would include developing, managing and executing promotional and marketing campaigns and overall fulfillment execution, smooth day to day operations.
The Senior Key Account Manager will support the team on the brand in serving as the client’s initial point of communication in executing their social commerce strategy, enabling a consistent social media presence and strong positive brand experience. You will work closely and collaborate with other internal department service providers to ensure best-in class end-to-end service execution. You will keep abreast of client industry developments, market trends and competitive intelligence, gaining specialized industry knowledge which enables us to add-value and more deeply understand the client’s business challenges and opportunities

Responsibilities:
• Perform daily inventory related task manage cycle count / inbound / holding stock health / return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc.
• Ensure and enforce proper control of FIFO for continue item, discontinue item and manage expiry and batch in system
• Promote inventory efficiency through optimization and ideas
• Control and minimize OOS and back order ratio
• Coordinate with Store ops team on stock levels, aged merchandise, identify problems and propose improvement plan
• Closely work with warehouse ops, store ops, finance, key account mgmt.
• Analyze and prepare weekly to show inventory state and periodic reports for management review
• Manage client inventory move and transitions
• Manage quarterly / annual stock count activity
• Responsible and ability to respond email, tickets or chat enquiries promptly
• Other tasks as assigned by SG Operations Manager
Qualification:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• With a minimum of 2 years of working experience in handling inventory
• Experience with ERP/WMS system
• Experience in e-commerce or retail business are added advantages
• Strong communications skills in English is must
• Ethical, discipline and experience working and reporting with minimum supervision
