The work

As a S/4HANA Production Planning and Controlling Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, and testing integration between S/4HANA and Solumina for manufacturing execution. This includes setting up configuration for: factory calendars, bill of materials, routing, production versions, and MRP execution. You will be a SME with deep knowledge and experience demand planning and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities:

Lead or support the implementation of SAP planning modules such as SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Response) or APO
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for demand, supply, and inventory planning processes
Configure SAP planning systems, develop data models, and design integration with S/4HANA and other ERP systems
Develop planning templates, key figures, and forecasting models aligned with business goals
Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and documentation for planning processes and system functionalities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to SAP planning modules
Support master data setup and integration with external systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, non-SAP sources)
Participate in testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) to ensure solution quality
Stay current on SAP innovations in the planning domain (IBP, S/4HANA embedded PP/DS, etc.) and recommend continuous improvement opportunities

Here’s what you need:

5+ years of experience with SAP planning solutions (IBP, APO, or S/4HANA Planning)
Strong functional knowledge of supply chain planning processes (demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity planning, S&OP)
Proficiency in configuration of planning operators, key figures, planning areas, and integration models

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP integration tools
Proficiency in S/4HANA Demand Planning
Proficiency in integration between S/4HANA and external systems
Experience with integrating with Solumina for manufacturing execution
SAP IBP certification (Demand, Supply, or S&OP)
Experience with SAP BW, BTP, or embedded analytics
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Eligibility Requirements:

US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government clearance
Ability to travel 25% to the client site

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$93,400—$176,200 USD

The work

The SAP Basis Administrator has strong hands-on experience in managing SAP technical infrastructure and supporting SAP S/4HANA and related systems. This role involves configuration, monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and coordinating SAP change and transport activities. The SAP Basis Administrator will have deep technical knowledge across SAP landscapes and be capable of supporting ABAP-based systems.

Key responsibilities:

Implement, configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment
Schedule and execute the SAP transport system, optimize and analyze performance issues, system refresh, implement SSO, and support functional team
Attend and participate actively in technical meetings

2+ years of experience with SAP Basis

The G-Invoicing SAP S/4 Lead is responsible for design of solution leveraging standard S/4 G-Invoicing capabilities. Lead will plan and conduct workshop sessions with business to determine business requirements for the G-Invoicing Solution. Lead will coordinate and work closely with S/4 Functional Lead, Finance workstream lead, and Supply workstream lead to ensure all team members are aware of the business needs. Lead is responsible for creating workshop materials, project plans, and other deliverables. The G-Invoicing Lead will manage G-Invoicing team members.

Here's what you need:

4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP G-Invoicing solution within Sales & Distribution
Experience leading small teams, estimating and planning project delivery work, and managing to schedule
Experience with SAP G-Invoicing standard functionality, specifically for seller (servicing agency) side
Understanding of Federal SAP standards, the Treasury G-Invoicing process, and Treasury guidelines

Bonus Points if you have:

Experience with S/4HANA
Experience with at least one full G-Invoicing implementation
