The work: 

Write a variety of both short-form and long-form content for clients, including blog articles, webinars and presentations, web content, infographics, brochures, infographics, video scripts, and guides.  
Become a product SME, gaining a deep knowledge of specific policy topic areas as required.  
Collaborate internally and with the client across account, design, strategy, policy, and content teams to uncover customer and business needs, then translate them into engaging partner, leadership, and customer materials. 
Determine story structure and tone as necessary to address intended audiences and end goals. 
Review both peer- and client-written content and provide constructive feedback that advocates for quality, client style, and comprehension.  
Proofread all deliverables from initial development through final stages to ensure quality and error-free work at every step. 
Review client and peer feedback and address it through revisions of content. 
Present, and if necessary, defend content decisions and recommendations. 
Participate in content strategy and editorial meetings.

Here’s what you need: 

5+ years of professional copywriting experience with writing samples or a portfolio of work 
Experience working with tracked changes in Word and working in drafting templates  
Experience using client style guides and reference materials, such as Chicago Manual of Style and AP Stylebook 
Experience with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Bonus if you have experience: 

Creating or working with content strategy, including content audits, creative briefs, and messaging frameworks 
Analyzing high-level government policy and translating those ideas for audiences in easy-to-understand, accurate, and effective language 
Working with plain language  
Utilizing AI tools that simplify content workflow

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$82,900—$184,500 USD

We’re seeking Senior Campaign Developers that can support email business operations as the client moves from Adobe Campaign to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Our ideal candidate would have experience with both platforms. As a technical expert, you’ll build scalable workflows, integrations, and multi-channel campaigns that drive personalized customer experiences. You’ll enhance speed, stability, and quality through strong development standards, data governance, and proactive optimization.

The work:

Improve workflow reliability, execution time, and delivery success rates
Establish standards for schema design, workflows, targeting logic, and QA
Strengthen collaboration with marketing, CRM, data, and engineering partners
Lead modernization that increases personalization, data accuracy, and integration performance
Build complex workflows, segmentation logic, deliveries, and transactional messaging
Define technical solutions aligned with marketing objectives and data strategy
Balance new builds with maintenance, defect reduction, and platform optimization
Troubleshoot workflow failures, delivery issues, and data discrepancies; drive root cause analysis Data, Integrations & Platform Excellence
Configure schemas, data imports/exports, enrichment logic, and reconciliation
Use SQL, JavaScript, and Adobe scripting to automate personalization and targeting
Implement data governance, workflow lifecycle processes, and delivery QA
Monitor platform performance and recommend optimization improvements Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Translate business requirements into scalable Adobe Campaign solutions

Here’s what you need:

5+ years hands-on Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard development and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Demonstrated ability to improve workflow performance, data quality, or delivery reliability
Experience collaborating with marketing, data, engineering, and compliance teams
Experience operating Adobe Campaign in high-volume or mission-critical environments
Customer-first mindset guiding all data, targeting, and execution decisions
Deep experience with workflows, targeting, schemas, personalization, and channels (email, SMS, push)
Strong SQL, JavaScript, and Adobe-specific scripting experience
Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and Adobe Experience Cloud tools
Understanding of compliance and regulated-environment requirements
Experience improving platform performance and automation reliability
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and secure development practices
Strong understanding of data governance and operational best practices
Ability to mentor team members and guide technical best practices
