Job Description

The User Support Modernization and Automation Lead will translate customer requirements into detailed system designs, develop and analyze system alternatives to recommend optimal solutions, and define user roles and personas to establish appropriate system access controls. Create and maintain system models, diagrams, and technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle. Perform trade studies to evaluate technical options against requirements, develop verification and validation procedures to ensure system compliance, and participate in technical reviews to assess design progress and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration, identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact delivery, and support the resolution of technical issues throughout the system lifecycle. Implement requirements traceability to verify all customer needs are addressed, conduct system performance analysis to optimize operations, and develop technical specifications for system components. Evaluate emerging technologies for potential system enhancements, support system testing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and methodologies.

Must have:

8 years of experience in systems engineering for complex technical platforms
Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into detailed system designs and support integration and documentation throughout the system lifecycle
Skilled in risk mitigation and performance optimization
Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering

The Service Portfolio Manager will manage and maintain the client's Service Portfolio to ensure offerings reflect customer needs and align with program objectives. In this role, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. The work:

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow developer to deliver world-class ServiceNow applications for our federal clients. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will also analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, work in a cross-functional agile delivery team, support testing, deployment, and documentation activities, as well as troubleshoot/resolve errors.

The Work:

The ServiceNow Business Analyst will support the implementation from proposal to delivery by applying knowledge of ServiceNow. The Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering sessions to capture the detail needed to design solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Be able to write effective user stories for developers and support the technical team. Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team. Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite of applications. Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.

Responsibilities:

Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
Provide process flow and other required system documentation
Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution

Here's what you need:

At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions

Bonus points if you have:

Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals
Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within ServiceNow

Security Clearance:

Must have active Top Secret clearance and be willing and capable of obtaining SCI and CI poly

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
