The Role: Imagine selling a solution that will predict for your customers (with an 85% accuracy) who is going to buy, what they’ll buy and when. As a Solutions Consultant at 6sense, you’ll be an instrumental player to our growth as we build upon the success we’ve had delivering predictions for enterprises like Dell, Thomson Reuters, Udemy, and Tableau.
The Fit: Join a high-energy, collaborative Solutions Consulting team supporting our fast-paced Commercial Growth segment. You’ll work alongside driven sales reps and value-focused SCs to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales engineering or solutions consulting role (or comparable experience), ideally within the marketing or sales tech space
- Ability to clearly articulate 6sense’s technical and functional capabilities to both marketing and sales audiences
- Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect customer pain points directly to the value 6sense provides
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Preferred Requirements
- Proven success working with senior go-to-market leaders, including CMOs, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Revenue Operations
- Solid knowledge of the marketing and sales tech stack: web analytics, content management, sales engagement, marketing automation, and CRM tools
- Hands-on experience with 6sense integrations and partner platforms like Drift, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesloft, Gong, Outreach, and more
- Experience creating sales collateral, internal documentation, and customer-facing content
- Familiarity with security reviews, RFPs, and procurement processes
Base Salary Range: $95,625.00 - $130,250.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. Here are the traits you exhibit;
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role (sales engineer, solutions consultant) and a broad technical background in the B2B Marketing/Sales tech space
- Clear, succinct communicator – Using your customer’s language, you’ll help them clearly understand the value 6sense delivers
- The ability to actively partner with strategic sellers on account strategy, stakeholder management and opportunity planning for large enterprises
- Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities while working with multiple strategic customers

- Experience working in the sales lifecycle and driving outcomes in a customer-facing environment
- Technical expertise – You’ll demonstrate and speak to how 6sense drives success through multiple integrations across our customer’s marketing and sales technology stack (Adobe, Drift, Marketo, Eloqua, SalesLoft, and Outreach just to name a few)
You also likely have:
- Effective leadership skills and confidence in customer meetings
- Experience developing executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with decision makers and build credibility at all levels
- A background developing and executing account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations

Minimum Requirements:
- 4-6 years in a sales engineer, solutions consulting role
- Strong knowledge of marketing and sales tech ecosystem including web analytics, content management, sales engagement, marketing automation, and CRM

- Ability to articulate the technical and functional capabilities of 6sense to both marketing and sales audiences
