Senior Consulting Manager – GDC (Global Delivery Center)
The GDC Senior Consulting Manager reports to the Director of Consulting Operations of the Global Delivery Center organization. The role plays a critical part in providing support to the GDC team members to ensure engagement success and people management. This person will collaborate with GDC Leadership, GDC Operations and Resource Management to provide optimized project staffing. This role plays a key role in maintaining proper GDC delivery team utilization and maximizing revenues.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GDC Consulting Operations to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders that characterize partnership, cooperation and trust.
- Participate in regular ideation and consultation meetings with GDC and onshore counterparts.
- Manage own projects where required.
- Oversee medium to large concurrent client projects while maintaining oversight to identify risk, escalations and issue resolution.
- Manage and resolve escalations between the project, client or other internal organizations in a satisfactory manner.
- Oversee resource planning, and coordination of project activities between client and internal/external resources needed to accomplish strategic business goals.
- Mentor staff in Agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
- Provide teams with clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities and growth plan by communicating and managing work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
- Spearhead multiple Internal initiatives yielding impactful results to the growth of the organization and its employees.
- Ensure that bench time for Consultants is used to improve skills in line with Practice technology roadmaps.
- Monitor the alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives.
- Solicit feedback Delivery Owners of engagements where GDC team members are aligned.
- Conduct interviews of prospective GDC candidates.
Qualifications
- 7+ years demonstrated client relationship skills and experience setting and managing client expectations.
- Experience / background on Java
- Strong verbal and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
- Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
- Has a strong sense of working collaboratively with the GDC Leadership team.
- Deep, professional knowledge in internal stakeholder management, people management, and software project Delivery.
- Ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs.
- Ability to manage up to 30 people and provide guidance on their career development.
- Ability to passionately develop and nurture the next in line leaders.
- Ability to remain composed during challenging and critical situations.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile best practices and delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with sales and solutioning stakeholders on staffing and timeline commitments and ensure there is alignment in expectations is a plus.

A 3Cloud Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for performing and/or leading testing activities for assigned clients. This includes standards testing tasks, maintaining traceability, defect management, test plan development and reporting. This senior quality engineer role is technical and client facing role. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and have success supporting technical discussions with clients. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate proficiency with the design, implementation, support of technical QE solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Apply knowledge of Quality Engineering and testing areas (Automation, Performance, Data quality, AI, While box, Blackbox) to define and advise in test planning
- Drive high‑quality delivery by performing both manual and automated testing, ensuring full coverage across functional, system, data, and AI components.
- Assist or Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test strategies, quality processes, and documentation for assigned project.
- Maintain accurate record results, test cases, and share feedback to the project team

- Actively assist or lead defect triage process

- Mentor junior team members, promote QE best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Quality engineering practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a closely related discipline.
- Solid experience in QA methodologies, test planning, automation, and quality engineering practices.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks.
- Solid programming skills in Python, C#, Java, or similar languages.
- Hands‑on experience testing data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytics platforms (Databricks, Fabric preferred).
- Understanding of machine learning principles, model evaluation metrics and AI system behavior
- Ability to test LLM behavior, prompts, and AI model outputs.
- Ability to execute comprehensive test plans for AI models and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence engineering teams.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and staying current with emerging QE and AI technologies.
- Relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience on Load and Performance Testing

- Broad deep technical knowledge across Azure technologies inclusive of: Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Security, Azure Networking (App Gateways, Front Door, Firewall, VWAN), Azure Storage, Azure Automation (IaC), Azure Sentinel, App Services, Containers (AKS), Managed Instances, Azure SQL, Azure DNS, Azure Virtual Desktop + Nerdio, Azure Files
- Have a strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure solutions and the delivery/execution of how they are implemented using IaC (Bicep or Terraform)
- Help the delivery team reach billable targets by assisting with breaking through project blockers Help facilitate change orders and project extensions when in-flight projects call for it
- Help drive alignment where there are technical mesh points between other 3Cloud practice areas by providing technical oversight and direction
- Keep apprised of the latest technologies and how they may impact existing 3Cloud offerings
- Have obtained the AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification

- Gain exposure to other 3Cloud offerings in other practice areas to help position in existing infrastructure engagements Identify new
- Cloud Infrastructure & Security solution opportunities and raise them up

We are looking for a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer who will be primarily responsible for implementing DevOps solutions in Azure. The role is a technical, consultative, and client facing role that will be accountable for client solution development, delivery and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting and have demonstrated success in technical implementations and project work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an essential part of the team responsible for crafting and delivering creative cloud solutions for our clients.
- Participate in technical envisioning, technical design, and delivery of assigned projects.
- Work with solution architects to support project efforts from a technical perspective.
- Execute the implementation of designed solutions into client deliverables.
- Assist with design and deployment of client workloads into Azure.
- Provide technical expertise and support across the following four areas of specialization:
- Datacenter Transformation
- Azure Infrastructure
- DevOps and CI/CI pipelines
- Cloud Automation
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in system administration (Windows and/or Linux), DevOps and/or software development and IT Operations.
- 5+ years project experience migrating and deploying cloud-based solutions.
- Must demonstrate hands-on experience with Terraform or Bicep, ARM Templates and Ansible (or equivalent)
- Hands-on implementation experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in Azure DevOps (VSTS/TFS), Jenkins, and/or Bamboo (or another similar tool)
- 3+ years implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure and topologies (or demonstrated experience with AWS or GCP)
- Automation experience - very good scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.). Experience can be from any public cloud.
- Experience with various cloud deployment methodologies.
- Understanding of cloud ecosystem and leading-edge cloud emerging technologies.
- Performance analysis, troubleshooting and remediation techniques.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a virtual project team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Experience in Chef/Puppet, Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
- Microsoft Certification a plus
