Commercial systems and software are the backbone of how we reach, engage, and convert global researchers, and we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the continuous evolution of our marketing systems and overall web platform.
This role is built for a highly strategic, decisive product leader who blends deep expertise in B2B growth and custom web application experiences with a rigorous approach to enterprise marketing technology (MarTech) and data architecture. You will partner closely with engineering and commercial leaders to launch intuitive, self-service web solutions that delight users and drive pipeline. Simultaneously, you will act as the steward of our underlying MarTech ecosystem, architecting scalable data pipelines between our custom-built web platform and enterprise tools like Marketo and Salesforce, to optimize both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Craft a compelling product strategy for our web properties and customer platform, transforming complex scientific purchasing journeys into intuitive, self-service experiences that drive both new lead acquisition and seamless re-ordering for existing researchers.
- Act as the steward of our MarTech ecosystem. Lead the strategic evaluation of our current stack, establishing robust operational governance and seamless data flow between our web frontend, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
- Transform data into your creative superpower. Use web analytics, qualitative insights, and quantitative metrics to validate bold ideas, optimize conversion funnels, and ensure the capture of high-fidelity marketing intel, and leverage your deep expertise to define the underlying attribution and routing logic that connects web behavior to sales opportunities.
- Partner deeply across commercial leadership and engineering, translating complex business objectives into clear requirements. Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build consensus on requirements, manage change, and gracefully align cross-functional teams around scalable best practices.
- Architect requirements for the underlying data models and workflows required to support complex, omnichannel demand generation campaigns across web, email, and paid media
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- 5 years of product management experience
- 3 years of experience working with marketing automation systems

- Outcome-Driven Web & Funnel Experience: Proven experience building and scaling interactive web applications and self-service experiences, with a clear history of using web analytics to optimize funnels and drive measurable business outcomes.
- MarTech Mastery: Deep familiarity scaling and modernizing complex marketing technology environments, with a history of driving data integrity, lead routing efficiency, and operational efficiency across the stack.
- Iterative Delivery: Strong capability in scoping high-value MVPs and delivering incremental releases. You know how to seamlessly balance immediate, short-term enhancements to the web experience with the long-term integrity of a multi-year MarTech architectural roadmap.
- Technical Acumen: You have the technical confidence to engage in robust discussions with engineers, evaluate architecture trade-offs, design complex global system logic, and establish rigorous data governance frameworks.
- Global Privacy & Compliance Acumen: Deep understanding of international data privacy regulations and modern consent management. You excel at architecting compliant, secure data workflows and cookie frameworks that protect user privacy without compromising the fidelity of our marketing analytics and lead generation.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: A history of acting as the central alignment force between engineering and commercial organizations. You excel at elegantly translating complex system realities into compelling narratives, building trust, and managing change with marketing and sales stakeholders.
Below is the base pay range for this full-time position. The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is built for a strategic, systems-thinking product leader who brings top-tier B2B enterprise SaaS rigor to our commercial infrastructure. You will be tasked with designing elegant, scalable systems that support both B2B enterprise and emerging, frictionless, B2C purchasing paths. Your core focus is on the backend architecture and Salesforce ecosystem, as well as ensuring that our internal tools are built with the end-user in mind. You will advocate for the daily experience of our internal teams, shape the systems, and take part in web projects that intersect with our commercial data flow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Architect and execute the strategic restructuring of our end-to-end purchasing experience and CRM. Transform complex systems requirements into a scalable and manageable system.
- Automate high-value actions to the team by integrating account-based outreach, intent data, and sales enablement tooling to eliminate manual processes and ensure the team goes after the most impactful activities.
- Design the data models and account hierarchies required to support an omnichannel commercial strategy, seamlessly accommodating complex B2B business models with self-service e-commerce purchasing.
- Partner deeply across commercial leadership and engineering, translating complex business objectives into clear requirements.
- Champion exceptional UX for internal systems, and ensure systems empower internal teams to sell faster rather than burdening them with data entry.

Our Oracle Cloud business solutions team is hiring to help design and re-engineer our SCM planning execution with our operational partners. Want to learn the biotech business from an applications seat? This is the place. Role requires deep architecture innovation and configuration to support business challenges, translating and guiding the engagement to support 10x efforts to establish scalability and be a best in class benchmark within biotech, product, technology, and customer experience. Be a part of enabling an enterprise solution supporting our digital technology goals and capitalize on our business opportunities. This role will help business functions evolve efficiency of their execution functions.
We are building an organization of holistically experienced architects to develop robust solutions and best practices to guarantee customer success as we scale. SCM planning solutions architect is critical in the 10x journey to support business objectives, create sustainable change, and continuous process improvement to maximize creation of value. Require deep experience in Planning and Inventory, in a vertically integrated environment, but Procurement, Order Management, and Logistics expertise is also required. Design and implement best practice architecture, helping to resolve complex business challenges from strategy to execution, with a seat at the table. Accountable for building and leveraging followership to ensure new business processes and architecture are understood and adopted without systems being viewed as a limit.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Leading Oracle Cloud SCM architecture ideation, establishing direction, design of integration architecture, motivating, creating trust, and building solutions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Oracle Cloud supply planning solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements.
- Managing the architecture of complex data integration, design, and solution deployment.
- Developing efficient procedure and policy to reduce process variation and gaps within the SCM architecture. Promote process agility by proactively identifying architecture enhancement opportunities, then actively drive solutions creating measurable value.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, active listener, respected influencer, and respected for meeting time and budget commitments.
- Visible and respected SCM Planning strategic influencer and architecture expert across functions and enterprise. Ability to persuade technical and non-technical partners.
- Managing and accountable for production support issues and tickets through Asana, following procedures and processes, including change control, maintaining key relationships.
- Leveraging expertise in the competitive landscape in back-office ERP space.
- Accountability for data migration, integration, and testing efforts.
- Leading documentation preparation; user guides, configuration guides, business requirement docs, UAT definitions and success KPIs, and functional specifications.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years of implementation/development experience with Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules.
- Minimum 2 complete full life cycle Oracle cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes: forecasting, demand planning, MRP, order fulfillment, purchasing, manufacturing and inventory control.
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis abilities for vetting architecture.
- Ability to work independently and with a high level of effectiveness within cross-functional matrixed global organizations.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Planning applications.
- Expert creating data accessibility, including reporting, and exporting views to Snowflake.
- Proven business process improvement/re-engineering, hands-on configuration activity.
- Comfortable in ideation environment, working with experienced colleagues who will challenge proposed solutions.
