Summary:
As a Workplace Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing workplace services across multiple locations to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing modern endpoint management solutions, supporting Microsoft Intune, Cloud PC environments, SCCM, application packaging, and vulnerability management activities to ensure secure and efficient workplace operations. The role requires providing onsite support to address immediate workplace needs and leveraging various tools and data to optimize the work environment. The focus is on maintaining safe, functional, secure, and well-organized workplaces that enhance employee productivity and align with organizational objectives. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is essential to deliver high-quality workplace solutions consistently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
-Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
-Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
-Coordinate with various departments to ensure workplace services meet operational requirements.
-Manage and support Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Cloud PC environments, application packaging, and endpoint configuration activities.
-Monitor and report on workplace safety compliance and recommend improvements.
-Perform vulnerability management activities, including identifying, tracking, and supporting remediation of endpoint vulnerabilities to maintain a secure workplace environment.
-Assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures.
-Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
-Good To Have Skills: Experience with VMware Horizon, SCCM, Application Packaging, and Vulnerability Management.
-Expertise in Microsoft Cloud PC (Windows 365) administration and support would be an added advantage.
-Strong understanding of workplace management tools and modern endpoint management technologies.
-Ability to analyze data to improve workplace efficiency, endpoint security, and employee experience.
-Experience in managing endpoint devices, software deployment, patching, and ensuring compliance with security and safety regulations.
-Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver workplace solutions.

Additional Information:
-The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
-Experience working with Microsoft Cloud PC (Windows 365), SCCM, Application Packaging, and Vulnerability Management will be preferred.
-This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
-A 15 years full-time education is required.
