As a Workday Integration – Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage directly with clients to deliver innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will leverage your skills in Workday Technology to provide strategic guidance and support, helping clients navigate complex business application challenges. Within our Workday practice, you will be instrumental in driving application evolution services, focusing on enhancing client experiences and optimizing their business processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members. You will be responsible for analyzing complex concepts and interpreting feedback to inform insights and recommendations. Your role will involve navigating ambiguity and maintaining professional standards, all while fostering personal growth and technical development. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions that align with the firm's methodologies.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver impactful solutions, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and client service engagements.

Responsibilities

- Leading the integration of Workday solutions to support client business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Extend to develop and implement custom integrations
- Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and design Workday Integration solutions
- Applying analytical thinking to optimize Workday HCM and Workday Prism Analytics processes
- Managing Workday Projects to deliver timely and effective solutions
- Conducting process improvement and optimization to enhance Workday Reporting and Analytics
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation within the team
- Providing client support by addressing technical challenges and offering strategic technology planning
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to refine integration strategies
- Promoting teamwork and inclusion to achieve project goals and enhance client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven insights
