Job Description:

- Responsible for retrieving and issuing Lunch Vouchers as requested by other departments.
- Assist with creating space planning drawings in AutoCad and Revit.
- Assist and coordinate interoffice moves.
- Assist with various facility requests.
- Miscellaneous projects as required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Education and/or experience in Facilities Management – preferably a corporate environment.
- Strong Computer skills (spreadsheets, word processing; e-mail), and Database experience an asset.
- Organizational skills including prioritizing and organizing tasks; time management (i.e. completing projects on time; working with short time frames).
