About the Role

What you will be doing

• Foster and deepen rapport with Agency and AFA Sales force to meet and exceed growth targets in terms of AHNW sales productivity and Prestige Club members.
• Engage Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs via Districts Meeting to provide regular updates of AHNW Production progress reports and train/share knowledge on best practices on Wealth Management propositions to increase competency and awareness
• Engage Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs to provide support on AHNW business through Case Discussions and Case Management support.
• Drive and Support Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs on Offshore business opportunities and initiatives 
• Provide AHNW related/bespoke training and support to Agency and AFA Leaders and FCSs to uplift the competency level of individual districts.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities or leads generation ideas to create sales platforms.
• Involve and work on special initiatives to drive Company’s strategic objectives towards Digitalisation and Customer centric agency culture.
• Drive and implement Company’s AHNW initiatives for Agency and AFA including recognition events and campaigns.
• Liaise with Operational teams for AHNW new business applications.

• Work with Clusters and Districts to increase awareness of the Club and retention rate of Prestige Club members through promotion of the Club benefits and privileges.
• Design, Execute and Monitor AHNW sales related activities and campaigns to increase productivity and competency.
• Work closely with respective Location BD Team to roll out sales related activities and campaigns.
• Develop and update sales aids & marketing materials as required.
• To have basic knowledge in wealth management tools like Wills, Trusts, Financing, Family Offices, Offshore Regions sales and business proposition process, etc. to further understand the more complex needs of the AHNW client.
• Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time assigned by Company to drive growth in the AHNW business.

What you will have

• Degree holder
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Good understanding of the insurance industry, products and Affluent and HNW segment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
• Sharp business acumen, adaptable and team player
• Strong perseverance and desire to succeed
• Engaging personality and willingness to learn is a must
• Business development and Case management experience is good to have
