We are searching for the best talent for Warehouse & Distribution Analyst to be in SJC.
You will be responsible for:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics flow, including picking, packing, receiving, and reverse logistics processes.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for different categories, including supplies, warehousing, freight, rentals, services, licenses, and projects.
- Ensure the correct classification and posting of requisitions in the system, as well as monitor invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and contract terms.
- Interface with internal areas such as Operations, Finance, and Procurement, as well as suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial controls.
- Manage budget versus forecast, analyzing deviations and ensuring financial control, while conducting monthly performance analyses to assess operational and logistics impacts on budget lines.
- Support the development of the budget for upcoming years, in alignment with financial and operational areas, and assist in JU (June Update) and NU (November Update) processes, ensuring the quality and consistency of information.
- Prepare and submit CARs (Capital Approval Requests) for investment approval and lead the capitalization process for projects, ensuring proper accounting allocation.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX, including planning, monitoring, and financial control, and oversee projects in the Planisware system, ensuring status, cost, and timeline updates are accurate.
- Work closely with project owners to align execution, priorities, and deliverables, and support the definition of actions, next steps, and risk mitigation plans to ensure projects progress according to schedule.
- Use analytical expertise to support product demand forecasting, review historical data and recommend improvements.
- Support the management of service providers, transportation, document verification, and electronic records.
- Manage supply control, ensuring appropriate inventory management to avoid disruptions in the logistics process.
- Responsible for supporting compliance with Quality, EHS, SOX, HCC, BCP, and area risk management standards.

- Ability to develop, analyze, and adjust action plans aligned with the company’s financial objectives.
- Ability to interpret operational and financial data, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and facilitate teamwork.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Knowledge and practical use of continuous improvement tools.
- Understanding of distribution center routines and processes.
- Knowledge of management systems such as Planisware and SAP.
