Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Virtual Assistant to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll be a trusted right hand, handling day-to-day tasks that keep a busy professional or small team running smoothly. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

• Manage email, calendars and appointment scheduling
• Handle travel arrangements and expense tracking
• Prepare documents, presentations and simple reports
• Carry out online research and data entry
• Coordinate tasks and follow up to keep things moving

What you'll need

• Experience with virtual assistant or administrative work
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle priorities
• Clear written and spoken English
• A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
