The V2500 E5 Services Sr. Manager is responsible for enabling, maturing, and sustaining the V2500 E5 aftermarket ecosystem. This role supports the development of MRO readiness, technical publications, digital tooling, customer integration, and end-to-end entry into service execution. The individual will also serve as the Digital Technologies (DT) Integration Lead for the V2500 E5 program, driving process improvements, customer logistics enhancements, and efficiencies through DT tools and solutions.
What You Will Do:
Aftermarket Development & Maturity
Lead the maturation of the V2500 E5 aftermarket strategy and supporting processes.
Strengthen and evolve the MRO network relationship, processes, and capability development.
Drive technical publication readiness, including IETP, eMMP, repair reintegration, and associated digital deliverables.
Partner across engineering, publications, MRO partners, and digital teams to ensure integrated and timely aftermarket readiness.
Engage with Ground Support Equipment Suppliers to ensure customer inquiries are addressed.
Support shop visits to MTU-C, including activities like workscopes and invoice summaries, as needed.
Provide support for ECM (Engineering Change Management) processing for the V2500 program.
Digital Technologies Integration Lead Responsibilities
Serve as the Digital Technologies (DT) integration lead for the V2500 E5 program, driving alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the development and deployment of digital tools that enable customer interaction with aftermarket products and services.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer logistics and streamline internal processes through the development and implementation of DT tools.
Collaborate with DT teams to ensure the timely rollout and adoption of digital solutions for the E5 program.
Drive the development and adoption of tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency and customer support.
Evaluate and implement process improvements leveraging data analytics and digital platforms to enhance program performance.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience: Or Advanced degree and 7 years of experience to include the following:
Experience in aerospace aftermarket, MRO, technical publications, or EIS roles.
Prior work in program management and cross-functional coordination to support work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams in a highly dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Digital Technologies implementation and operational excellence systems.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Degree in engineering, business, or a related field

Experience exercising a high level of Technical and business acumen

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
