Significance, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Analyst (Journeyman) to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) G-4 Transportation Services Branch. This position supports Marine Corps Garrison Mobile Equipment (GME), non-tactical vehicle (NTV), and transportation services programs through transportation policy development, fleet analytics, financial analysis, audit support, task management, and event coordination activities. This hybrid position is based in Arlington, VA, and requires an active Secret security clearance.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage complex tasking, analyze transportation and fleet management data, produce high-quality written products, and operate effectively within Marine Corps task management processes with minimal supervision. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, professional communication, and experience supporting DoD transportation, fleet management, or logistics operations.
Required Skills and Experience:

3–7 years supporting DoD transportation, fleet management, logistics, financial management, or related operations

Bachelor's degree
-
Active DoD Secret clearance
-
Experience analyzing transportation, fleet utilization, maintenance, fuel consumption, and lifecycle cost data

Experience preparing financial analyses, executive reports, and recommendations
-
Experience researching, drafting, and updating policies, directives, SOPs, or process documentation
-
Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance reviews, or transportation program assessments
Desired Skills:

Experience supporting Marine Corps or Navy organizations

Familiarity with Fleet Management Information System (FMIS), Fleet Focus, Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST), Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development, or comparable fleet management systems

Familiarity with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or comparable DoD task management systems

Familiarity with Marine Corps transportation policies, including GME, NTV, Class A Vehicles, Domicile-to-Duty, Fleet Manager Award Program, telematics, and related transportation directives

Experience coordinating with government stakeholders across multiple organizations

Experience planning and coordinating government Working Groups, conferences, workshops, or training events
