Mō te tūranga | About the role
We’re looking for a Sign Maker to join the team and help manufacture a wide range of signs and graphics to a high standard, in a timely and cost-effective way, with minimal errors.
This is a hands-on role that could suit someone starting out, changing careers, or bringing practical, transferable skills from another industry. You do not need to be an experienced sign maker to apply. If you’re reliable, keen to learn, take pride in doing a job properly, and enjoy working with your hands, we’d like to hear from you.
You’ll be part of a team that is friendly and forward moving, where safety matters, standards are high, and good ideas are always welcome. We’ll give you training, support, and the chance to build your skills while doing good work with good people.
Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities
- Help manufacture signs and graphics to a high standard, with support and training provided.
- Assist with sign project work and learn how jobs move from order through to completion.
- Support stock take, stock control, dispatch, packing, and inwards goods.
- Work safely, follow processes, and help keep quality standards high.
- Contribute positively to the team and back others when needed.

- A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing neat, accurate work.
- Practical ability and comfort with hands-on work.

- Good communication skills, a team-focused approach, and a strong commitment to safety and doing the right thing.
- Previous sign making experience is advantageous but not essential.
