Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Senior PTE NPI Technician. Responsible New Product Introduction Support: Assist engineers in scheduling and arranging trial production for New Products (NPI).Abnormality Handling & Equipment Reset: Responsible for handling product abnormalities and resetting tool/machine errors (in coordination with Equipment Engineers).

DOE Execution: Precisely execute Design of Experiments (DOE) assigned by engineers and accurately record all parameters during the trial production process

Vishay Siliconix Electronic MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies in more than 30 package types. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan and going to celebrate our 50rd anniversary in 2024. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: 8 bus line and just 8 mins walk from  Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.

What you will be doing:

1. NPI Trial Production & Process Assistance

New Product Introduction Support: Assist engineers in scheduling and arranging trial production for New Products (NPI).

Abnormality Handling & Equipment Reset: Responsible for handling product abnormalities and resetting tool/machine errors (in coordination with Equipment Engineers).

DOE Execution: Precisely execute Design of Experiments (DOE) assigned by engineers and accurately record all parameters during the trial production process.

2. FT Testing & Electrical Measurement Support

Final Test (FT) Maintenance: Assist engineers with test program loading and basic maintenance for Final Testing (FT).

Electrical Data Analysis: Perform initial anomaly validation on MOSFET measurement data (e.g., analyzing yield abnormalities and checking Bin Code distribution).

Test Equipment Troubleshooting: Conduct basic troubleshooting and error recovery for testers and test sockets.

3. Physical Analysis & Defect Inspection

Defect Classification & FA Support: Perform initial classification and annotation of defect images to assist engineers in Failure Analysis (FA) root-cause determination.Task Tracking: Track and execute various inspection and measurement tasks handed over by engineers.

What you will bring along:

• At least  0-2 years Experience in semiconductor’s Field is preferred
