As a Test Analyst Lead — SIT/Regression Automation (Systematics)- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our client support teams within the Banking and Capital Markets sector. Your expertise in Automation Testing will be crucial in delivering exceptional business application consulting services, confirming seamless integration and functionality of complex systems. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to drive innovation and efficiency in life, annuity, and group benefits operations.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and execution of automation testing strategies for system integration and regression testing
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex testing challenges within banking and capital markets
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and feedback
- Developing and overseeing quality assurance testing processes to validate software performance and functionality
- Promoting the adoption of innovative testing methodologies and tools to enhance service excellence
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within testing frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing testing processes and improving overall project outcomes

- Leads the offshore automation testing pod for SIT and regression on the Systematics wave. Manages a team of automation testers, oversees test script development and execution in the automation framework, tracks defect discovery rates, and coordinates with the onshore Test Analyst Lead on execution schedules.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
