Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer specializing in modern smart workplace technologies. In this role, you will deliver hands-on Tier 2/3 technical support, deployment, and operational maintenance for enterprise workplace experience systems—focusing on Appspace (Digital Signage, Room Scheduling, Kiosks) and Cisco Spaces (Location Services, Occupancy Analytics, Smart Building integrations). You will serve as the technical subject matter expert ensuring seamless operation of physical AV hardware, IoT devices, network connectivity, and cloud management consoles across corporate facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deploy, register, configure, and troubleshoot Appspace media players, digital signage displays, wayfinding kiosks, and scheduling panels.

Monitor and maintain Cisco Spaces cloud platform services, including indoor location mapping, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beaconing, Wi-Fi location analytics, and workspace density monitoring.

Perform physical installation, cable management, provisioning, and firmware updates for digital signage players, Cisco Webex room kits, and touch panels.

Coordinate with network engineering to diagnose network connectivity, VLAN tagging, Wi-Fi authentication and firewall port requirements for IoT endpoints.

Support seamless integration workflows between Appspace and Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and Calendar services (Microsoft 365 / Exchange).

Resolve incident tickets, perform root cause analysis for display outages or sync issues, maintain hardware inventories, and enforce system security compliance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
-Hands-on experience administering Appspace, Cisco Spaces, endpoint hardware, Cisco Webex boards, touch panels, signage boxex, smart TVs.

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, WiFi, Network fundamentals, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Cisco Webex Control Hub, and Microsoft 365 Calendar integration
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
