Projects may include new product introductions (NPI), R&D initiatives, continuous improvement programs (CIP), and standard system orders.

  • Coordinate and align cross‑functional teams of mechanical, electrical, process, and software engineers, as well as external partners as needed, to deliver against project requirements and timelines; collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Field Support, Safety, Legal, Facilities, and HR.
  • Identify gaps, execution risks, and process inefficiencies; define corrective actions and drive closure to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Provide technical and business process expertise to support standard programs, escalations, and issue resolution across the organization.
  • Plan, facilitate, and document design reviews and alignment meetings to support the product development lifecycle and overall delivery schedule.
  • Define, implement, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve delivery quality, lead time, cost performance, and overall team efficiency.
  • Support global teams by accommodating meetings across time zones as needed; travel is expected to be minimal.

  • Demonstrated experience driving productivity improvements through process optimization, workflow automation, and standardization.
  • Working knowledge of AI‑assisted tools and techniques (e.g., automated reporting, data analysis, risk identification, or schedule optimization) to increase project visibility and reduce manual project management effort.
  • Proficiency with project collaboration and tracking tools, including Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint; experience automating or integrating these tools is a plus.
  • Experience with PLM tools such as Teamcenter.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and results through influence (without direct authority).
  • Ability to lead focused, efficient meetings and drive clear decisions and action items.
