As a Technical I, IT Operations, you will support the day-to-day performance of end-user technology and site IT operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, delivering responsive technical support, and helping create a seamless experience for internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, telephony, and connectivity issues

• Troubleshoot local infrastructure issues, including basic server, network, voice, hub room, and cabling support

• Manage incidents, service tickets, escalations, root cause analysis, and change support activities

• Support onboarding, offboarding, ramp-up/ramp-down activities, business continuity testing, and compliance requirements

• Maintain IT service standards while partnering with operational teams to deliver timely communication and strong customer experience

• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.

• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT support experience in a Windows environment

• Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware and software

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple support tasks in a fast-paced operational environment

• Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency to deliver clear user updates and technical guidance.

• Experience working with incident management, ticket resolution, and escalation processes

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field

• MCSE or equivalent certification

• Experience supporting Citrix environments

• Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes
