A Day in the Life

Als Technical Consultant (TC) / Mapper Lead übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Technical Consultants und Mappern innerhalb der Cardiac Ablation Solutions Organisation in Deutschland. Sie stellen ein leistungsfähiges klinisch-operatives Betreuungsmodell sicher, entwickeln die klinische Organisation kontinuierlich weiter und sorgen für eine enge Verzahnung von Training, Ressourcensteuerung, Qualität und kundenorientierter Marktbearbeitung.

Diese Position umfasst ganz Deutschland und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Für diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollständige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung für die Besetzung der offenen Position.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von TC und Mappern
• Sicherstellung von Training, Qualifizierung und strukturierten Entwicklungs- und Ausbildungspfaden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem EMEA Training & Education Team
• Verantwortung für die klinisch-operative Absicherung des Basisgeschäfts sowie für die Qualität und Verlässlichkeit des Kundensupports
• Steuerung der Ressourcenplanung, Identifikation von Engpässen und bedarfsgerechte Allokation klinischer Ressourcen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Strategic Accounts und weiteren Schnittstellen zur optimalen Verzahnung klinischer und kommerzieller Aktivitäten
• Sicherstellung wirksamer Qualitäts-, Eskalations- und Review-Prozesse innerhalb der klinischen Organisation

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung sowie fundiertes Verständnis klinischer und technischer Abläufe im Bereich Cardiac Ablation Solutions
• Erfahrung in Training & Education, Talententwicklung und Coaching klinischer Teams
• Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Planungs- und Priorisierungskompetenz
• Erfahrung in Ressourcensteuerung, Qualitätsmanagement und organisationsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Analytisches Denken, Veränderungsbereitschaft und Fähigkeit, operative Stabilität mit langfristiger Organisationsentwicklung zu verbinden
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer Führungs- und Unterstützungsmodelle sowie in der Spezialisierung klinischer Teams auf unterschiedliche Therapien und Kundensegmente mit.

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
