Job Description

Job Summary:**

The Technical Application Specialist at Becton Dickinson Korea Limited provides expert technical support and application-specific guidance to customers, ensuring the optimal performance and utilization of BD products. This role acts as a crucial link between customers and BD’s technical and commercial teams.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Deliver comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for BD’s product portfolio, including instruments, reagents, and software, to customers in Korea.
* Conduct product installations, and user training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring a deep understanding of product features and applications.
* Provide advanced application support, helping customers optimize their workflows, interpret results, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.
* Develop and update technical documentation, training materials, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
* Participate in internal and external training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and technical skills.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
