The Opportunity

As a Go-to-Market Consultant, you'll partner with an innovative AI and EdTech company that's helping enterprise organisations adopt AI through world-class learning programmes.

Rather than cold prospecting all day, you'll primarily focus on engaging with warm inbound interest, qualifying opportunities, and helping large organisations explore AI training solutions for their teams.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience selling AI solutions into enterprise organisations while working alongside a globally recognised technology business founded by experienced entrepreneurs.

Through our structured Delta-v Go-to-Market Academy, you'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders.

What You'll Do

• Engage and qualify warm inbound leads from enterprise organisations
• Speak with senior decision-makers to understand their AI learning and development goals
• Generate qualified sales opportunities for the client's senior sales team
• Book discovery meetings and product demonstrations
• Build relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders
• Develop expertise in AI, enterprise sales, and modern go-to-market strategies
• Continuously improve through coaching, training, and performance feedback

Requirements

• Completed university degree
• 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience advantageous)
• Strong interest in AI, technology, SaaS, or business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence engaging with senior business leaders
• High levels of curiosity, resilience, coachability, and ambition
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate
• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Willing to work US business hours (approximately 12:00pm-9:00pm) for an initial 3-month client engagement
