Bill Gosling India Private LimitedThe Team Leader of Learning and Development provides a warm and welcoming environment to our new hires through meeting them of both corporate and client specific training. Leveraging their expertise, they are required to enhance the learning experience by design/develop/update the training experience including Computer-Based Training applicable to the training and development department.. Supports the development of our trainers through observations and coaching.

What You'll Do:

• About the Role:

  We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in this strategic capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and decision-making skills and proficiency in Excel. This role requires managing partner training teams, creating content, and acting as the single point of contact (POC) for a specific domain. A key component of this position involves leading change management initiatives to ensure successful training program implementation.

   

  Key Responsibilities:

  Strategic L&D and Team Leadership:

  Provide strategic leadership and coaching for partner training teams, focusing on performance management and capability development.

  Apply advanced Instructional Design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to design, develop, and implement comprehensive, blended learning solutions.

  Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for the specific domain, addressing all training-related queries and concerns.

   

  Decision Making:

  Evaluate training needs and make informed decisions to enhance training effectiveness.

  Implement solutions to address any training-related challenges or obstacles.

   

  Change Management:

  Lead complex, large-scale change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new training programs and processes.

  Monitor and assess the impact of training changes, making adjustments as necessary.

   

  Qualifications and Skills:

  Education: 

  Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  Experience: Previous experience in a training role or similar capacity.

   

  Skills:

  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (English and Hindi) 

  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. LMS and other relevant software.

  Proven decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.

  Advanced expertise in Instructional Design and adult learning theory.

  Proven experience in strategic team leadership, coaching, and performance management.

  Expertise in organizational change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and demonstrated success in leading complex, large-scale change initiatives.

  Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and their application in Learning & Development is an added advantage.
