How you’ll make an impact:
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and successful hiring;
Partner with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies;
Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing channels, building pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, sharing talent market insights, managing expectations and ensuring a strong candidate and stakeholder experience;
Manage recruitment activity in line with agreed SLAs, compliance requirements and internal standards, while maintaining accurate recruitment data and contributing to continuous improvement.
By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 18:00 PM in a hybrid way of working.
Skills that make your work successful:
Advanced Ukrainian and English (C1 level); Russian (B2+) would be an advantage;
3+ years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within an international or fast-paced environment;
Strong experience in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, Hiring Manager partnership and offer negotiation;
Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS/recruitment systems and talent mapping;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative approach.
