Position Summary:
The Talent Business Partner is a full-lifecycle recruiting partner responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and closing exceptional talent for Pareto Health. This role owns the recruiting process from initial intake through accepted offer and onboarding handoff, while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the process.
More than simply filling open roles, the Talent Business Partner will develop a deep understanding of the business, talent needs, and competitive landscape to help leaders make strong hiring decisions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, builds strong relationships, and takes accountability for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Lifecycle Recruiting
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process across an assigned portfolio of roles across all areas of the business including field sales, from kickoff and sourcing strategy through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, interview processes, and recruiting strategies.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry relationships, and other channels.
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates for skills, experience, motivation, culture contribution, and alignment with Pareto Health's core values.
- Manage candidates throughout the interview process, maintaining strong engagement and communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate candidate debriefs and drive timely, thoughtful hiring decisions.
- Lead offer strategy, candidate closing, and negotiations in partnership with People leadership and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with People Operations to drive an integrated talent process, ensuring alignment on role leveling, compensation, interview execution, offers, and onboarding
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Serve as the primary talent partner and recruiting advisor for assigned roles.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and develop a deep understanding of their teams, objectives, and future talent needs.
- Establish clear expectations with hiring managers regarding roles, timelines, interview processes, and decision-making.
- Provide market insights related to talent availability, compensation, candidate expectations, and competitive hiring trends.
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
- Proactively identify recruiting challenges and recommend solutions rather than waiting for issues to arise.
Pipeline & Talent Strategy
- Build talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-priority positions.
- Leverage data and recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and improve recruiting outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
- Partner with the broader Talent and People teams on employer branding, employee referrals, campus recruiting, and other talent initiatives as needed.
Candidate Experience
- Create a high-touch, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Serve as an ambassador for Pareto Health and effectively communicate our mission, culture, values, and employee value proposition.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and ensure they understand expectations and next steps throughout the process.
- Balance candidate advocacy with the needs of the business to create successful, long-term hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth or fast-paced organization.
- Demonstrated success independently managing multiple requisitions across varying functions and levels.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred.
- Strong direct-sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive talent.
- Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills.
- Experience managing offer processes and successfully closing competitive candidates.
- Ability to use recruiting data and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies and decisions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.
- Comfortable operating with urgency, managing competing priorities, and adapting as business needs change.
