The Position
We are currently seeking driven and motivated interns to join our team and gain valuable experience as a Supply Coordinator Intern.
About the location
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office which is in the heart of city and easy to get to go by public transportation.
What you will be doing
E-learning for Service Provider for SP to get familiar with the SP SOP requirement.
- How to do it? Extract the important points / processes in SP SOP and make it into Q&A E-learning session by using google form.
- The Q&A will be in their local language to improve the understanding of the SOP requirement.
Compile the local operations activities at the Country level to support the MSS
- This document should include both SP capabilities and the local rules and regulations so that we can understand more on how each SP complete the daily task with their process flow, ie : What are the process flow to complete the custom clearance for port delivery.
- In term of country level information, it also include the local Authority website info, ie : which website to check the import restriction.
What experience and skills required
Open to all undergraduates and priority to Final year students from Business Studies/Admin/Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
Is a self-starter, has a passion for learning, is creative, analytical and able to work well in teams
Possess strong problem-solving and observational skills with an innovative mind
